Enough innocent people have fallen because of Joker and his hooligans in the past few weeks so as of today, no more.
You will all be on call and check in with Oracle before going out into the City. Don’t try to be a hero, call for back up if you need it. I mean it, Huntress and Black Canary, this is going to be more then our normal everyday routine of defending our city, we are taking a stand.
