Hi! I'm Chele and I have Iris Shacklebolt!

+ Daughter of Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt.
+ First year at Gooseberry
+ Senior, Coppertale.
+ Member of Outdoor Exploration and Animagus Studies.
+ Bossy, hard-working, impatient, but dependable and loyal.
+ Pesco-Vegetarian and wants to be a Magizologist after she's done with school.

Over all she's nice, but it takes her time to open up to people. She prefers a small group of close friends, and doesn't care much if you like her or not. She's a bit impatient, and can be a bit bossy, but she tries not to be. She's sort of a Leslie Knope type, only she really doesn't care about politics.

I'm open for all plots!

Hello Chele!!!! I'm Marin, one of the mods, and I think Iris is great, as I already kind of told you, haha.

OK so Iris doesn't know anyone yet, obviously, but she'll probably run into all of mine. Ravi is a Ribbonfin senior, and also a prefect, so he'll see it as part of the "job" to make a special effort to welcome her. They're both practical and hard-working and relatively outgoing, so I think they could click well. Although Iris will definitely be able to steamroll Ravi if she wants to, since he's a lot more accommodating.

Mina (

resentfully) is an Ebonhide senior and suuuper insecure and competitive, so Iris being... a smart and confident and beautiful pureblood daughter of the British Minister of Magic is going to make Mina irrationally dislike her. 8( They'll know each other through Animagus Studies! So Mina might give Iris the cold shoulder initially, but in the long run maybe she'll respect that Iris is really assertive and hard-working. :|a

And Sylvester (

stokers) is a Coppertale junior, Quidditch captain, and loves to flirt with hot girls. 😘 Iris will run into him in Outdoor Exploration, and will... probably not find him charming??? idk Sy is aggressive and competitive and tries too hard to be the HOUSE ALPHA MALE, but he's more likely to respect a fellow Coppertale when they push back against him. c:

Ravi sounds great! Good lord, I am sorry, Ravi! If he makes an effort to welcome her, she's going to bombard him questions. I think she'll like him!

Aw Mina! She sounds awesome! Iris will definitely be a little o.O Mina's reaction, but will likely shrug it off. She'll still be polite, but probably wont try anything beyond that.

Sylvester, lol! Honestly? I can kinda see Iris being amused by him. Not that she'll put up with his crap, but still. If he uses a cheesy pick up line with her, she's just going to stare at him and probably say something like, "That was awful."

Hi Chele, I'm Kas! Kurt's a Ribbonfin junior so they would not normally encounter one another much, however, he's also in Animagus Studies, so if she went to the junior classes while trying to catch up they'd find one another. Aaand they're also in Outdoor Exploration together.

Most importantly, I think they're both going to be Gooseberry's Resident Animal Experts! Kurt is super shy compared to Chele, so she'll be able to walk over him, but the softest spot in his heart is reserved for all things furry and feathery (and scaly, and slimy, etc.) He'll be posting semi-regular creature quizzes on the journals. I would love for them to eventually bond over Magizoology/etc., what do you think?

Hi Chele! Welcome to Gooseberry! I'm Meggie, the other mod, and I have three characters here.

Diego Morales is a senior Azurcrest. He's a talented musician and very friendly, but also impulsive, self-centered and insecure. He's often involved in the teen party scene at the school, and is in a pretentious indie folk band. If Iris finds him annoying, he'll just become obsessed with trying to change her mind. If she thinks he's fun, then he's an entertaining (if unreliable) friend who will try to drag her to all the parties.

Then I have Reid Wainwright, who's a Coppertale Quidditch player a year below her. Reid is unfriendly, but it's just because he's sooooo awkward. He's not very articulate, and he's pretty lazy, usually letting one of his friends direct him around. He does like people, though, and his good opinion is easily won.

And finally I have Calvin Evercreech, who's a Ribbonfin sophomore. Aaaand he's also a Hogwarts exchange student! Last Iris saw Calvin at Hogwarts, he was part of a really cruel little gang of Slytherin bullies. At Gooseberry he's at the bottom of the foodchain, and while he's still a little whiny bag of knives, he's given up being a bully and has friends who keep him in line. He's pretty unpleasant, but... less unpleasant than he once was? I think he'll be nervous about Iris, and embarrassed that ANYONE from Hogwarts might see how he is now.

	Hi, Meggie and thank you!! Diego, we'll see but I don't think she'll have a problem with him! Reid, the laziness kinda makes her grind her teeth a bit, but she's trying not to be too judgmental about it. xD Calvin, she'll probably remember him a little! Since he's a few years younger than her and in a different house, her memory of him is probably a little vague. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Holden is the shyest jock who ever jocked, and is probably super intimidated by her, but he is the easiest to boss around because he likes causing as little a problem as possible. Probably not too much there, since he's younger and in a different house.

BUT, she might know more about Sylla here! She's a former Slytherin a year younger than Iris, and her family has a bit of a reputation for being weird and shady (Borgin & Burke are her parents :p), and also for the seven other Borgin girls who all clung together pretty close at Hogwarts. But now Sylla is looking to branch out and be around people who don't know her from the family's nefarious past, and they'd be in animagus studies (well, when Sylla creeps in on the senior class, that is). But I'm sure enough of that has crossed the pond also!

	Hi Chele! I'm Heather and both of mine will know her in some capacity, yay! Tabitha is in her year, in Ribbonfin, and they will share some classes. I think she would be nice to her in the hope of making a new friend! Dominic is the year below her in Coppertale, and is the voice of reason in that crowd.
