I'm Heather and some of you might have seen my one character at Something Wicked, Lydia.

I just have the one character here so far, Tabitha Ogletree, but I'm working on another RN too.

Tabitha is a Senior in Ribbonfin, having come to the school from Ilvermorny. Hers is a background of privilege, being from a wealthy Philadelphia family, and has pureblood heritage. Her mother is an organiser of charitable and sociable events, and her father is one of the Pennsylvania representatives to MACUSA. Her younger brothers are twins, one in Ebonhide and one in Coppertale. Tabitha dated Diego last year but did not handle the fact he cheated, and now wants to date someone else before the end of the year to knock him out of her memory.

She is the Ribbonfin cheer captain and is an artistic person, being in all the artistic clubs and classes. She wants to do SOMETHING involving the arts after school, but is not sure what.

She needs friends, fellow Ribbonfins and fellow cheerleaders!

Yay Heather!!!

Obviously Diego and Heather know one another. :x Diego desperately wants her to stop being angry with him, so once school starts she'll have to deal with that. And they share so many classes and clubs. AWKWARD. Back when they were dating he probably asked her to sing with his band from time to time, or offer to play backing instrumentation for her. Obviously that's... probably not going to happen anymore.

Reid and Tabitha may not interact much, aside from them both being attached to Quidditch in some way. :|a

Calvin's a fellow Ribbonfin, and they're in choir and equestrian club together! Calvin was kind of a difficult presence last year, and landed himself in lots of arguments. He can be quite a talker when he wants to be, and will probably meet Tabitha's standards of etiquette. Buuut he probably sometimes jumps to conclusions about what Tabitha thinks about him, since she's a cool pureblood upperclassman.

I imagine Tabitha is going to throw herself into music by playing more and more ambitious solo pieces on her cello, or deliberately choose duet partners very different to him. She's still mad, dude ;)

Yeah, might have to be random interactions for Reid! At least my other guy will know him!

She probably either had words with him or had opinions about how he behaved last year, I think. It will be interesting to see what their crossover is like after things have changed!

	SHE SHOULD STILL BE MAD, he was terrible. Tabitha has the right idea. Diego needs to learn to live with the fact he can't always have his way, haha. Yes he definitely will! :D Yeah, it will be! Ravi is in the same house/year, and also came from the same year at Ilvermorny, although Ravi was in Horned Serpent. Still, we can probably say he and Tabitha are old friends??

Mina is in the same year, shares Choir and Drama with her, aaand is also her ex's stepsister. Mina thinks Diego is a horrible, obnoxious person, and so the girls probably weren't on great terms last year while Tabitha was dating him. I don't think Mina would've been specifically mean to Tabitha, but they also seem like they would've clashed, with Mina being so caustic and Tabitha being so focused on manners. I think it would be interesting if after Diego cheated on Tabitha, Mina has been making the effort to be nice to her? :|a

Sy is a jerk who starts a lot of fistfights, which I imagine has not endeared him to Tabitha. He has probably flirted with her a lot, and will flirt with her EVEN more this year now because it's practically his duty as Quidditch captain to hit on all the hot, single cheer captains. Sorry, Tabitha. I'm so sorry.

Oh yes, if they're now in the same house and they came from the same school, they will have known each other a long time! She probably just thanks her lucky stars there are some polite, non asshole boys up in this place XD

I think she would have been rather suspicious of Mina's efforts at first, but this term when she's all OH FOR GOODNESS SAKE HE IS STILL HERE she may see her as more of an ally!

Tabitha just kind of wrinkled her nose and leaned backwards (in my head). I think she would make herself scarce XD

(Also I am apping the prefect of Sy's dorm who just kind of shook his head at Sy's antics XD)

Yes!! Why haven't the teachers banned Diego Morales from the school yet? This is academic negligence!

SY IS THE WORST I'm so sorry. (But ahhhh I'm so excited about Dominic! This is going to be a fun dorm. Dom is an awesome bro who should totally overlook when Sy decides to start fistfights with people, right buddy :D????)

She's still going to be pretty angry and upset about it as they come back to school, mostly because she's forced to face both parties again.

Tabitha will be sitting near the front of her classes for sure so she doesn't have to look at him, Mina ;)

So far in my head, Dom is the kind of prefect who won't punish what he hasn't seen directly because that's not fair - but if Sy does something in public he'd probably say something because that's just stupid anyway. ;) he doesn't get right into every single fight but definitely operates under the "don't be a dick" rule...

Hey! So you know to make things awkward in my infinite wisdom, I offered up Anuhea to be that girl Diego cheated with. She had no idea he was not single. But she doesn't say that makes it any better since it was her cabin mates ex. But you know her good judgment went out the window that night.

Anyway. So was wondering what you think their relationship was before and what it is now. Anuhea is a quiet, sports type. She is pretty calm and generally puts people ahead of herself. She knows she can come off as judgmental because she has resting bitch face, but she is kind of just awkward and quiet but she is a nice friendly person.

	That's a good question! Given that she is a Quidditch type and Tabitha is on cheer, they would certainly have had a lot of interaction time in which to get to know each other outside of being cabin mates. I think they would have got on fairly well, and that is why Tabitha was so upset. Kind of like she was betrayed in two sides, if that makes sense? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

HELLOOOOO, HEATHER! I'm Karissa, this is Roxie. FIRST: Your character's last name is the bomb diggity. My last name used to be Ogle and I read that it comes from Oak hill somehow and Ogletree is just adorable. You'd be surprised how many people mispronounce Ogle despite it being a fairly common word. SECOND: I love her but Rox's blood reached a rolling boil while I was reading her profile which is fabulous. Tabitha is basically Roxie's mom's dream daughter, the exact person that Rox herself is so crazy about being the opposite of. Naturally, Rox just has A Thing against Tabitha right out of the gate for that reason.

I don't know if Tabitha would be completely indifferent to this or if it'd piss her off to see Roxie rolling her eyes and scoffing about her and telling Diego, for instance, that she thinks she's boring. I felt sort of bad writing that comment before talking to you about all of this because I didn't want you to read that and be wuuuut. She's also likely to be fairly antagonistic towards her if she writes things that Rox feels she can pick at but I don't want to say that's a sure thing until I actually know if Tabitha would be writing things that'd rub Rox the wrong way...although I am pretty sure Roxie could be rubbed the wrong way by absolutely anything if she was looking for a reason to be. PERSONALLY, I THINK TABITHA IS WONDERFUL. <3 Rox is just a petty sixteen year old, haha. I would love for this to be a sort of two way street but I totally understand if Tabitha couldn't give a shit less what Roxie thinks of her.

Hello Karissa! I think she'd be pretty upset about people saying unkind things like her being boring, especially if she felt that they were untrue. To be honest, I get a wee bit anxious about getting into IC arguments sometimes (horrible experiences at another game, long story) so sometimes I can handle it and sometimes not. I kind of prefer having a bit of an idea about where conversations like that will go, so if you ever want to play something like that then we can talk. 😀 Chances are if Rox is genuinely horrible in a comment she will just ignore it because you can rarely stay calm and polite in those circumstances, but if she is a bit more snide then Tabitha is likely to respond politely and to the point, because it's how she stays in control. i hope that doesn't seem too awkward...

Nooo, that doesn't seem to awkward at all! Thanks for letting me know, I will definitely touch base with you. The last thing I want to do is to make you anxious, I totally get that IC arguments can be stressful. I have a tendency to play argumentative characters and you absolutely are not the first person who OOCly expressed that they'd rather not engage in that way. That kind of thing isn't fun for everyone and I totally respect that. Above all, we're here to have a good time and I would never want to mess that up for anyone.

Tabitha responding politely and to the point is perfect to keep this in check, honestly. You know how people say that if a bully can't get a rise out of you that they get bored and move on? That might not work for EVERY bullyish character but it definitely works when it comes to Rox. If she can't get a rise out of Tabitha then she'll get bored trying to egg her on very quickly. Being that they've known one another for several years, she probably even knows by now that Tabitha won't give her the reaction she's looking for and she might just leave her alone for the most part altogether. Please don't be afraid to let me know if I'm ever making you uncomfortable, that is literally never my intention!

I really appreciate your understanding! I'm only a couple of games back into RP after my break and even now I find it hard to play certain types of characters. A player took offence when a couple of people weren't fawning over her character and any arguments IC made her complain and say people were picking on her - and one of her best friends was a mod who got us all kicked out of the game! So that was not fun at all. I am very reachable via email and aim though, so contact and conversation about plot is definitely possible. I will go and read your girl's bio now because I need to do that for all the newest chars, and then I need to go and work on my Coppertale junior...

Oh boy, I've run into more than a few people like that over the years myself. It's awful! I'm excited for you to read her info because I'm sure you'll see why Tabitha incites such strong feelings in her. It's way more to do with Roxie's own issues and insecurities than it has anything at all to do with Tabitha herself. Rox sees her more as a symbol representing the things she's rebelled against than she sees her as an actual person which is her own problem. It's definitely nothing that Tabitha's done wrong or anything she deserves!

I'm so looking forward to your Coppertale junior, btw. I read what you said about him when you were talking to Marin about Sy and he sounds like he's gonna be a great addition.

YO hi, I'm Kas and I just came in. Kurt was also a Pukwudgie at Ilvermorny, and is a junior Ribbonfin now – I'm thinking they would probably know each other from before? His dad works Muggle Relations at MACUSA and his mom's a wizarding watercolour artist, so I feel like it's inevitable they would have crossed paths regardless. Kurt's determined to spend the year trying to break out of his shell (which may be more of a titanium sphere), so I can see him seeking out or hanging onto Tabitha from time to time for moral support and inspiration to speak up. Any thoughts?
