Who: Thaumas, Iris What: A father is found by his daughter When: Wednesday afternoon Where: A random city street Warnings: None
She may not have been on a work deadline, but that didn’t mean Iris wasted any time. There was always something to do if you looked hard enough, and keeping busy was more than just a part of her nature. It was far easier to think about her to-do lists than to think of her twin, the division between herself and the other titans, to think of problems that had not yet happened.
There was a list currently in her hand that needed seeing to, and Iris was looking it over for the third time when she suddenly stopped. A couple of people bumped past her, muttering in irritation at the way she’d planted herself in their way without warning, but she ignored them, scanning instead the crowd around her.
Not many things could make her stop when she had a goal in mind, and right now the list in her hand was entirely forgotten. What Iris had just felt was the equivalent of catching sight of someone you knew from the corner of your eye, only to have them move out of sight when you turned. That one little twinge, however, was more than enough to catch Iris’ full attention, and she was determined to find the source immediately.
