"Many others?" While Thaumas wasn't a recluse and considered himself fairly up-to-date with current events - integrated into society as they called it - he wasn't sure what Iris meant by that. With a few exceptions he hadn't come across too many Greeks and he was completely unaware of the fact that so many of them were around. He couldn't be that disconnected, could he?
"Either, both. Whichever you prefer." The rainbow messenger's father laughed again. He didn't really care about the food but he wouldn't refuse it if it meant he could spend time with his daughter.
"I'm free until Friday," he replied, conveniently forgetting the appointment he had in a couple of hours and the other three he had the next day. "I'll have to fly out to Hawaii then for a job, but that won't take longer than ten days or so." Releasing Iris, Thaumas stepped around her to pick up his cell phone and slipped it into his pocket.
"Do you live here?" he asked, returning his full attention to her.
