You are special. Don't you ever think otherwise. What the scientists think of you, of any of us, doesn't change that.

And you think this isn't picking on you, when it's made you so sick and numb? The people who are left behind get just as hurt, and we know that better than anyone. Harry, I don't know why they took me and your mum away, but whatever they did, it's gotten us farther here than we ever did before, hasn't it? There are reasons to be angry, but there are reasons for hope, too. Remus hasn't let either of us down yet.

	I know I'm special to you and the family but...this is ridiculous. What has made me numb is being here for so long and watching everyone I care about leave and come back differently.
