quick catch-up post!
Okay, guys. Easy bit of news first:
- There is a new FAQ up. The basic jist: we (meaning Sabrina) spent a lot of time setting up the mentoring program. If would basically ruin that whole set-up if suddenly there was another Inner Circle DE who was "there all along." So, we are NOT adding anyone else just coming into the game to the IC DE list. If you want an IC DE, you have to app one of the ones already there. This also means that we're not letting anyone say "oh, but his/her daddy was an IC DE!!!" Sorry, but no. The Old Boys' Club consists of seven men: Xavier Avery, Antonin Dolohov, Caracatus Lestrange, Isidore Mulciber, Patrice Nott, Aldrich Rosier, and Julian Rosier. That's it.
HOWEVER. There is the chance for promotion of Outer Circle DEs into the Inner Circle. This MUST be played out in the game if you want it to happen. So don't lose heart, your OC DE could one day be an IC DE.
And now, the part where mommy nags you to clean your room and eat your broccoli and wear clean panties because if you're in a car accident you don't want to be in dirty panties.
How are we doing on Masquerade logs, guys? The battle logs are the most important ones; I'd like to have as much of that up tonight as possible. Anything (pre-battle logs, battle logs, etc) that is not done tonight will have to be backdated, but of course it's more fun to have it all included together.
Tonight, my bf and I are going to a movie, dinner, and then a haunted house. When I get home, I'm going to start getting everything all set up to be posted. We'll probably be getting to the haunted house around 8:00 central time, but given that it's Halloween, the line will probably be insane, so I can't say for sure what time I'll be home. Hopefully not too late, though. However, I would say that you should aim for 9:30 pm CST for getting your logs finished and posted. Obviously, if I'm not home yet (how will you tell? if you're on AIM, my away message will disappear; I'll also post in the OOC when I'm getting ready to start getting everything set up to get posted), keep working on your logs to try to get them done and put into the main battle gdoc.
