Hey guys I just want to apologise for being kind of absent from the game. At the moment various members of my family have been having really bad medical problems - and it's making my anxiety go nuts, because I have a bad habit of worrying and going to worst scenarios and stuff... there's probably other issues at hand that aren't helping, but at the moment it's the only thing that makes sense. Anyway it tends to come out as me tingling all over and sometimes having this pinching sensation (did actually go to the Doctor and he's of the opinion it's my anxiety, because the tingling and everything isn't actually constant all the time) - then of course i start worrying about that... just been trying to figure out what to do since i've middling to bad experiences in talking about it before.

um tl;dr i've not been in the right frame of mind but this week i'm going to get around to intro'ing my characters to new characters and prepping for Halloween posts :)

okay so before you start freaking out wondering who the heck that is replying to your comments... DON'T PANIC!

it's still Rémy, the only difference is i've changed his PB from Jackson Rathbone to Ben Barnes. I'd been wanting new icons of jackson but wasn't having any luck, so made the decision to find a new PB. and i'm pretty happy with it.

plus hey his new PB can sing too (and learnt to play guitar for a new film).

sooo totally superficial reason for this post... i'm one of those people who gets a bit twitchy having to have the journal url be users... etc on account of the username starting with a non-alphanumerical character... i'm not sure why i don't think could even say it's aesthetic reasons... aaaanyway...

anyone have ideas for a new username?

also need to try and hit citadel_icons *again* see if can get a time or whatever on the icons i requested... like my original request post was september... last year - then back in december i asked how it was going, they said well you can see... except y'know it was never added to any of their lists... and i want to ask again but my last ask about them was in march so idk... i would make my own... if galleries had a way of actually saving the page or whatever so could save the images in their original resolution etc - like how you can right-click>save webpage and save icons from IJ that way.

erm sorry... needed to get that out again.

*waves* hey all. I'm still alive - just kind of hit a writer's block when it came to my characters here. I wasn't entirely sure what direction I wanted one or two of them in, but thanks to some help I think I'm pretty good now. Also Rémy finally has icons! which was a small problem for me since i find it weird playing a character without some kind of constant visual reference (ie:icons).

Anyway all good now. These guys are the characters I'm bringing over from Accio Goblet and sadly no 'proper' bios for them yet... although have got the layout up for Allegra's, so that's something? I've tried to put the basic gist of what they're all up to sorta... but if you've got questions please ask!

And on the topic of what's currently happening... UPDATE TIME for the others.

Sage Capper; (thanks to Patricia for the suggestion) Sage's next 'Odd Job Adventure' will be accompanying Luna on her next expedition (whenever that might be)... in the meantime, I think she may currently be working as an assistant at Madam Malkin's or another clothing store within the London area.
Peter Jones; is potentially in biiiiiig trouble. fingers crossed - he's too pretty for azkaban. Joking aside, he and Jamie are possibly in trouble - unless they figure something out. Although Peter's plan seems to involve mostly swearing at the moment. *shrugs*

It's only the end of the third week of classes (so alas, Patricia I got it wrong and still have 2 classes of OHS left. :/ boo.) and still feeling like running around going ksdasjicfvhbskdhnfoassfugvhsw.

Anyway with my brain sort of being elsewhere at the time I haven't quite had the energy/drive for my characters... BUT!! I haven't given up, it'll probably be a little while still but hopefully by next week I should at least be decent... even if after most days I still feel all zombie-like.

Also hopefully I'll finally get around to posting my intro for my Accio Goblet kids I've brought over.

Okay... so reintroductions for those who might eb new and as an update for those of us who were around before.

Su Li (hippy) - Ravenclaw, 1991-1999. Lovely girl of Scottish-Chinese descent now living in Ireland... there's a joke in there somewhere, I'm sure. Came out of the war relatively unscathed, save for nightmares (seeing a Professor/mentor fall to their deaths is definitely not good) and some minor injuries after having recovered. She's been with Declan since 1999, although they did have a rocky start, but now they're going strong and she's super happy about the impending wedding. And aside from working as a Spell Inventor she's quite happily/busy planting out their veggie garden and fruit orchard.

Peter Jones (_shirtless) - Gryffindor, 1993-2000. One fourth of "The Delinquents". Home life was comfortable, if strained due to his father having never accepted his son being a wizard (and they still don't get along). As a Muggleborn he spent most of the 97-98 year on the run; and although he couldn't use it unlike most of his friends he still had his wand... he'd flat out refused to go to the so-called registration commitee. Still life moved on and then he finished school... he and Jamie Huggins eventually opened a shop together selling magical herbs and plants; with a not so legal small marijuana business on the side.

Sage Capper (sagepuff) - Hufflepuff, 1992-1999. Quite possibly Hufflepuff's answer to Luna Lovegood. As a halfblood, she was still at school during the battle and given she's not a natural fighter (although did well in DADA... before the Carrows) spent her time looking after the younger years and making sure they were... well... as safe as they could be whilst battle raged around them. After all that though she still remains the same quirky, yet clever Hufflepuff who's probably gone through more odd jobs than you could poke a stick at. An unfortunate side effect of being the sort of person who although didn't quite well on their OWLs and NEWTs had no real life direction or goals to guide her past life after Hogwarts.

I've got four other character to intro, but since I'm a lazy proscrastinative person I haven't quite got to the whole finishing bios off (as it is I still haven't gotten Peter's up even though it's sorta done... and poor Sage who is an utterly original character well... um yeah *hides*)... also it didn't seem quite right to include them here just yet. :)
