At breakfast, it is time for the students to learn what will be done now that the house elves are being sent away. Professor Smythe takes it upon herself to try and put a cheery spin on things. Students will do their part to support the cause against Grindelwald by doing all the chores the House Elves did. There is a silver lining -- They can use magic! Assignments for chores are passed out. Students will work at least two hours a day -- they can work during free periods or free time.

Feel free to post reactions!
CLEANING: Polishing wood, dusting (rooms, armor), cleaning tables after meals, washing the floors.
LAUNDRY: Collecting laundry, separating clothes, washing them, folding them, getting back to their places (including changing bed linens on Saturday)
KITCHEN: Slicing and dicing, preparing meals TO THE RECIPE, keeping the kitchen clean and well-maintained, delivering meals.
Please note: students would not be going into each other's dorms. Laundry is left outside (in baskets) and collected, and if inclined, students can clean their own dorms for the week the elves are away.
