Headmaster Dippet got up at the start of dinner and made an announcement. "Students, I believe you need a reminder that magic on other students is not allowed outside of class. I hope to not have to remind you once again. Remember to follow the rules, obey the professors and listen to your prefects." After that, he gestured to the food on the tables. "Now eat up before it grows cold."
