General thoughts and updates:
For those of you who are having sex with or intend to have sex with someone not from your timeline, I strongly encourage protection. Even if pregnancy isn't an option, even if everybody involved is a virgin, even if you're both/all women, etc. There are infections which have evolved to stability with us, and they may be different strains that somebody from outside that particular timeline could get and react poorly to.
The observational system is nearly set up. The portals being magnetic is a great help; since sensing magnetism is easy, we can even set things up so that new portals can be detected.
There was a bottle of Coke in the store the other day. It's possible to get Coke here.
Is anyone here decent at cooking? I can't afford to have diner food all the time. I've never made food from scratch.
