Apparently a monster in the woods tried to eat Ed. Delta says he's coated in saliva, so he was in the thing's mouth. He's fine, no real damage, just his automail looks like it's been chewed on.

A guy on a horse with black hair and a green cape brought him in. If you see that guy, I wanna talk to him.

Ed's sleeping now, he'll be just fine.

Mr. Elric's supply request brought a thought to my mind. At home, there's a branch of magic called Transfiguration which is turning one object into another. I do hope none of you overreact to magic, a mind wiping spell on all of you would be tiring. I may be able to make things that are desired or required, though it's not a specialty of mine.

In addition, if anyone has a decent map of the surrounding area and towns, I can... I believe the Muggle word is teleport?

And this may be a rather silly idea, but have we considered something like tying a string to an animal and sending it through a portal? It would at least tell us if the other side is going to be somewhere absurd like in a volcano or 50 miles above the ground.

Anyone else think it's weird that the monsters in the woods don't come into town?

I looked, because I'm a trained investigator trained to pay attention to these things. There's a rigged defense around town that I almost didn't notice, but I wondered why the stupid statues were placed in such strange intervals. They're part of a pattern.

Not any magic or something I'm familiar with. But Georgia, it could be interfering with your alert system. Or maybe not, what do I know about computers?

I demolished a statue in town that was some kind of boring religious icon once upon a time apparently. I felt like it okay I thought they were coming over to yell at me but instead some town official guy gave me cash and said good riddance. He said it was an eyesore anyway and needed to go...there's a few more around town too, so I guess I've kinda got a temporary job?
