	No, not necessarily. My childhood up through around when I was 20 was one disaster after another. It has not been perfect since then, but there has been some peace. It's a matter of finding it where you are able. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I'm going to guess that March hasn't told you much.

Our father killed himself when I was young. March and Jan were just little kids at the time. Mom got sick shortly after and locked herself in her room most of the time. I raised March and Jan as best as I could, and took care of my mom. [...] Shortly after I graduated from high school, she attempted to kill all of us by putting the family car in a lake. I committed her shortly after that, once I came of age.
