For those of you not already aware, the water supply was dosed with a drug cocktail which altered our perceptions. What you've experienced during the past week, the low crime rate and even certain aspects of your own lives, were not real. With the drugs intercepted and the water now clear, the effects should wear off entirely within a day or so. We're coordinating with the police and emergency workers to ensure minimal casualties, as some of you might have noticed the spike in recent suicides. Coming down from this affects everyone differently. Your help is appreciated.

Jonathan Crane was responsible. As far as I'm aware he hasn't left Arkham, which means he'll attempt to maintain control. I'm going in after him, but I only need one or two of you along for backup. The priority is the city.

[As the Riddler. List of the major suicide clinics, the names of a few high ranking police officers, names of doctors doing most of the coordination.]

Above you'll find the information you need in order to safely direct people who tried to hurt themselves or know someone who has. In the event you find a person still under the drug's spell, taking them to one of these clinics might be a good alternative to them waking up to the dark reality of Gotham on their own. I also suggest asking if they have a church they frequent.

If you need any other info, don't hesitate to ask on the communicator. You know I love questions.
