For those of you not already aware, the water supply was dosed with a drug cocktail which altered our perceptions. What you've experienced during the past week, the low crime rate and even certain aspects of your own lives, were not real. With the drugs intercepted and the water now clear, the effects should wear off entirely within a day or so. We're coordinating with the police and emergency workers to ensure minimal casualties, as some of you might have noticed the spike in recent suicides. Coming down from this affects everyone differently. Your help is appreciated.
Jonathan Crane was responsible. As far as I'm aware he hasn't left Arkham, which means he'll attempt to maintain control. I'm going in after him, but I only need one or two of you along for backup. The priority is the city.
