I was going to invite you over to look at the place. Show you all the rooms and explain what renovations I've made, except I'd keep one door closed. If you asked to see it, I'd tell you it wasn't ready yet and oh I'm so hungry let me make us dinner. We'd eat and chat about the new place, I'd get a reading on how you're doing and if I was feeling brave I'd ask you to come take a look at the room I wouldn't show you before.

This room, which I'm working on now, would be your workspace and office. It'd have a computer set up, light purple walls and some decorations (since I know you'd want to put up your own anyway). Then, I'd ask if you'd want to move in and hopefully you'd be so blown away by my romantic gesture that you'd say yes right off the bat.
