I know. At first, that's all I wanted here. And, I still miss our Barbara some days, and Cass is only just now starting to warm up. This Bruce? [...] He's a lot like ours sometimes, but [...] I don't know. There are differences that might need to be fixed, but he respects me in a way I don't think the other one did. I know you boys need like, a general to tell you what to do, but maybe this is good for all of you.

	I keep expecting him to have it all together. Something as small as giving us patrol schedules, maybe making us more of a team. For a loner, Bruce was good at having a team, dysfunction though we were. I don't think I've ever felt this distant from everyone. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

When I fought with Dick, I said he was my brother and he didn't seem to care about what being fired really meant. And he doesn't, not really. He has Damian now. I didn't think I was so replaceable. He took it away from me. I get that the me here before harped on it a lot, so it's almost like I can't do it, he's heard it enough times, it started becoming white noise. I remember when Bruce did that to you, and how unfair it was, and you deserved better. But this was Dick. I was the one who pushed him to be Batman, and he took away the only thing I had left after Bruce was gone. So I burned the rest of it down. You, for example. And you know I'm sorry. But we've overflowing with Robins now.

No, the Tim before whined about it, and guilted people about things. If you steer clear of that, you'll have a leg to stand on. And you should do it regardless. It's messed up. But, here's the thing: do you want to keep being Robin? You can do anything now that you're here. You can do whatever you want, and you don't need Dick and Bruce to tell you what to do now.

And we're overflowing with Batgirls too, but I'm making this shit all my own. You can do the same.

You have to remember how hard this is for us, too. There was another Tim, and now there's you. So it's like a restart for all of us, you too. We've got to forget what happened and try to just [...] all be us. And I know, I know there are differences that you can't deal with, but that's what happens when you throw all of us into a Gotham that wasn't ours at the beginning. [...] It's all an adjustment period. A year and a half later, I'm still trying to figure that out. You've got to give yourself time.

Like I said, you need to do whatever you want, what makes you like actually fulfilled.

I don't want to adjust. Everything about this place is wrong. I thought our lives had crappy periods, but at least they generally made sense. And there were a few things I could count on, like us being a team. I can't be Bruce, I can't get everyone to focus and be who we're supposed to be. Dick might be able to, but he doesn't seem interested in anything. We're fractured, Steph, we're broken. And I have no idea how to fix that.

You know why? Because this Batman didn't start off as our Batman. Because we all come from different times. Because Jason died again, because Dick died and they both got thrown in the Pit. Because Damian skipped ten years and is still playing catch-up. Because I fell in love with a villain and no one's going to forgive that. [...] This is a different Gotham.
