You're at least partially driven by loyalty, as you are standing guard on generators because your employer has asked you to do so. You've not mentioned anyone with you which suggests that he trusts you and that you're more than capable of dispatching anyone that might come to steal said generators. Even if someone is there with you, they still trust you enough not to take the generators for yourself. Loyal, trustworthy, and capable.
