Molly had been a basket case ever since she learned her baby boy had gone missing. She had been worried enough about the twins, but when she thought they were together, she had felt much more at ease. However, that even Fred didn't know where his twin was located...

It had been a terrible time for the mother. She kept going over what she did wrong and how she could fix it. Finally hearing he was okay, if injured, pushed those thoughts from her mind for the time being. She needed to see him. She needed to take care of him.

She tiptoed into the room holding a basket of George's favorite sweets. "Dear?"

All who knew Molly knew she didn't enjoy being wrong. Hence, Lucius Malfoy's entry was sort of like getting punched in the stomach. She hadn't believed it right away, but when she reread it coupled with Lucius' replies to her, Molly knew Lucius just had a poor way of showing he did indeed love his only son and didn't want to lose him. Molly didn't condone pinning a family's issues on a child, but she still found herself feeling rather sorry for both Lucius and Draco. She could understand both points, but, when it came down to it, it was a parent's job to support the child, not the other way around. Love was unconditional and she couldn't imagine taking someone's side against her own. Even if she told them they were wrong daily, she'd defend them to the death if someone else said so. However, she hadn't much liked Arthur's declaration that he was afraid to tell her when she was wrong. Didn't she just tell Dora she couldn't trust someone who didn't ever disagree with her? But, come to think of it, Arthur hardly ever challenged her...

Molly had set to pouring the tea the moment Arthur agreed to meet her, but she paused at that thought. She wasn't some sort of monster, was she? Sure, she had her temper, but it wasn't like she could never admit she was wrong. Couldn't she?
