I don't know if I should complain about this or not, but my toddler likes to take naps just when she starts to get really fun to be around. She fell asleep while she was showing off how she could make animal noises but for the wrong animals. Bunnies roar, did you know bunnies roar? Adorable. But now she's napping and I have nothing else to entertain me. No, I don't sleep. So instead of causing trouble to keep myself busy I'm gonna open up some questions to all of you. Sounds fun, right?

Answer whatever you feel comfortable answering:
1) Do you have any phobias? What are they?
2) What is the weirdest place where you kissed?
3) Have you ever bribed someone?
4) What are you most likely to get arrested for?
5) Would you rather stay young forever and never meet the love of your life or grow old with the love of your life?
6) Pick one: Babies dressed as animals or animals dressed as humans?
7) Pick one: Owe money or owe a favor?
8) Pick one: Share food or don’t share food?
9) Pick one: Time machine or magic wand?
10) Pick one: Painful truth or comforting lie?

I did once encounter a failed spell that caused someone's pet cat to moo for about a week.

1. The muggle machines, although it is debatable whether phobia is the right word, because as fears go, it is perfectly rational.
2. I'm not the sentimental sort.
3. Technically, I suppose so.
4. Are there any constables here? It wouldn't happen in Britain. If I did anything foolish the Aurors would take me home and tell my father, I expect.
5. I don't know. I do want to get older, but getting old is something else.
6. No. Both are equally absurd.
7. It depends on whom your creditors are. When in doubt, money is safer, but among friends, that can cause unpleasantness, and you're better off with favours.
8. Share. I say it from experience; having your aunt send you enormous cakes every so often does help with popularity at school.
9. Being stuck in the future can be tiresome, but being without a wand would be far worse.
10. Tell the truth if some good can come of it, but if it cannot, the lie is kinder.

Magical people really are the most fun.

You know, you keep bouncing through these modern worlds. Maybe you're supposed to learn to embrace technology and change before you're allowed to go home? Just a thought.

It was even more fun when someone put the sleeping cat in a professor's cupboard so that when it woke up he would think a small cow had somehow gotten in there!

What, as if I were the unhappy protagonist of some literary tragedy? Disobey my father and abandon my family's values so that I can return to a home that I'd then no longer deserve or likely even want to be part of? But you know that. I expect you're bored, and so this is a lesson in why it's a mistake to be honest about one's fears. Can we pretend I told an entertaining story instead? Something about being chased round and round a pond by an angry goose, and having a terror of poultry as a result, perhaps.

Oh lovely boy, it is a shame you're too young to drink because you sound like you need one. Or maybe a hug.

A little vulnerability is good, makes it easy to relate to others. For example, I'm generally terrified of being alone. Most mortals are social creatures and they know that fear. Boom, we've bonded.

But legitimately, geese are evil.

The drink sounds like a fine idea. Come now, in all the years you've lived, how often would a fellow my age be denied a drink when he was clearly in need of one? I cannot see you as a member of a temperance society, and I don't see that the silly rules of some muggles from the far future should matter here, of all places.

Yes, sometimes it can happen that way. Other times the person might take the thing you're afraid of and use it to make you feel worse. I shan't do that to you, though. I imagine being alone when you don't wish to be is horrid.

Geese are also tasty, so perhaps that makes up for it.
