So... I'm stuck. Six months of trying and I just can't get a hang of shapeshifting. At least not the way my Dad does it. Which sucks. Is there any other shapeshifter out there who can give me some tips?

Muuuuum, help?

My Dad does it through spells but my Mum can turn into a dragon through her ancestry and with her it's more at will. I've tried it Dad's way and I can't get it to work. I only know how to cast spells. How do you even do this at will thing?

Maybe stick to your mother's advice then. I don't want to sound like you're not wanting it hard enough because I'm sure that isn't true, but for me if I want to change my form I decide that I want it changed and reality as we know it bends to my will. In a way.
