Lucas was sitting by the lake. He was watching the gentle waves and just thinking. He had little Iggy with him.

He was thinking about Layla mostly. How much he loved her and how much he missed her. He knew she needed this, he understood. But he still missed her terrible. He wondered if she missed him. Iggy was running around chasing his tail and nudging Lucas's leg looking for attention. Lucas petted him and rubbed his tummy, smiling at the fox cub.

He lay on his back and closed his eyes, soaking up the warm rays of the sun. So many different thoughts running through his mind. Little Iggy jumped on his stomach, curled up and fell asleep, snoring loudly.

	He smiled. Iggy, who he'd brought back inside too came bounding into the bedroom. He started to bark excitedly and sniffed Peyton. "I think he likes you," he said. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Iggy was delighted by the attention and jumped up and down happily. Then he started to chase his tails.

"He is. Layla rescued him and brought him home. His leg was injured at the time but he'll doing a lot better now."

He clapped his hands and Iggy ran over to him. He started to lick Lucas's heals and nudged him.

Lucas picked him up gently and started to pet him.

"Hi there little Iggy monster," he said.

	"Are you hungry little guy?" he asked. "I'll be right back," he said to Peyton. He left Iggy on the bed and walked to the kitchen and got him some cut up veggies.
