Lucas was sitting by the lake. He was watching the gentle waves and just thinking. He had little Iggy with him.

He was thinking about Layla mostly. How much he loved her and how much he missed her. He knew she needed this, he understood. But he still missed her terrible. He wondered if she missed him. Iggy was running around chasing his tail and nudging Lucas's leg looking for attention. Lucas petted him and rubbed his tummy, smiling at the fox cub.

He lay on his back and closed his eyes, soaking up the warm rays of the sun. So many different thoughts running through his mind. Little Iggy jumped on his stomach, curled up and fell asleep, snoring loudly.

	He watched her paint in silence, just taking in the careful strokes she made with the brush. She always looked so content when she was drawing and painting. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	She melted inside her work as she always did. It was the thing that helped her the most throughout everything. She painted all of the sketches fairly quickly: they weren't that big anyway. Then she passed on to the writing and covered the pencil in paint. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	She went on with her painting until she had finished all of the wall with the sketches. She walked a few paces backwards to look at the entire wall "Looks pretty good, uh?" she asked. Then she went back to working on the rainforest. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
