Val here and I'm posting to introduce my second Carnaval character: Elphaba Thropp![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
greenefied! She is the Wicked Witch of the West, but not really the Wizard of Oz version. She is a much cooler, misunderstood, prettier version based on the book and later musical Wicked.
Because the musical is so vague, I am using a few elements of the book to build her personality and background, but she is mostly based on the musical. She is from the end of the first act, after Defying Gravity to be exact.
If you're not familiar with this version of the Wicked Witch, Elphaba is pretty withdrawn, prefers books to people in general but when she talks, she can be pretty sarcastic if she feels like she needs to be in the defensive. Otherwise, she will just observe and only speak when she thinks she can add to the subject. She's very intelligent, but she's in her head a lot. Once you gain her trust, though, she will do everything to protect you. No matter what. And if she sees anyone being bullied or picked on, even if it's a stranger, she will more than likely intervene.
For this game, she's been assigned the job of freak, and she's on Tent 6 with Claire, Elle and Rogue!
I'll make an open intro thread with her as soon as she's accepted into the communities, but for now, plots!? :D
