Public.
Since things get pretty dangerous around here on the full moon, it's probably a good idea to have some place the dangerous ones can go so everybody else isn't going to get killed. The catacombs seem like a good place for that.

The rest of the time, since the cops don't have a clue around here, setting up some regular people to deal with crime and medical stuff and repairs would be smart.

All in favor say 'aye' so I can go back to bed.

Simply asking regarding people's opinions on the concept? Or asking them to volunteer for incarceration?

Either way, I wish you much needed luck.

If someone's tale is dangerous, why wouldn't they want to avoid hurting people?

I'll personally guarantee none of the tales will be harmed.

I am not saying that anyone with a dangerous tale actually wishes to hurt others. Nor am I saying that they wouldn't be in favor of a way to avoid such circumstances. I have even spoken with someone regarding this exact matter.

But I have also observed the residents of this building devolve very swiftly into a mob mentality. And I cannot imagine that there wouldn't be those that would advocate leaving people down in the basement, were they to be considered dangerous.

The idea has merit, that much is true. I am simply questioning the logistics. And I hope you'll excuse the fact that my cynicism prevents me from accepting the personal guarantee of someone I have never even spoken with before. No matter how trustworthy they may be.

I'm not arguing with you. I think whoever is involved in this has to be completely free of agenda as a tale. Good men and women. We're all not that, and some of us might be completely trustworthy when we aren't our tales, but the same isn't true for our counterparts. I would argue, though, that the motivations of our stories are a matter of public record. We can, as a building, decide which tales are completely within the realm of trust.

Listen, I know it isn't perfect. It's just a start. Change always has to start somewhere. I think the tales are less dangerous than our day-to-day selves, if you want the truth. But we have to start somewhere.

I'm not sure any of the tales is truly free of agenda. Much like our everyday selves. Though as long as no one locks me any resident into a basement dungeon against their will...

Best of luck, sir.
