What's the max level? Does it go all the way up to level 99 and include badges for finding all of the explosive easter eggs in the game?

It's also as sweaty on the inside. I could make a stain repellent material that's comfortable to move in, and resists tears. And electric shocks. And bullets. In my sleep.

	Sometimes. The dues change from year to year. It's also some form of magic how they track you down to notify you of said dues. I think in the past that was one method.
