THE BASICS

As soon as your character receives a title, it floats proudly above their head. It retains the team color of the original person it came from. These are visible to anybody.

Here was my original how-to guide! The long and short of it is, INTERPRET YOUR TITLES HOWEVER THE HELL YOU LIKE and adjust your characterization accordingly. :|b

TRADING & THEFT

Titles exist as physical objects that can be handled. Trading them is simple enough; just pluck it right out of the air and swap it out.

Titles may also be stolen! It is easy for a character to take their own title out of the air, but there is some resistance if someone else taking it. Every character's ability to steal or resist theft of a title is the same, meaning that you can probably stop one person from taking it by willpower alone, but almost certainly not two who have ganged up against you, no matter who you are (though you can still use any natural abilities to keep anyone from getting that close in the first place). If knocked unconscious (or killed, I guess), they cannot protect their title at all.

When a title is stolen, the thief keeps both titles. If you are the victim and that was your character's only title, PM Excel in order to have Persona assign a new one.

As a side note, you cannot steal from your own teammates or partner teammates.

BUT WHAT THE HELL DO I DO WITH ALL THESE TITLES I'M THIEVING

If you have more than one title, you have two basic options:

1. Pick a title to wear, and keep the extra(s) on reserve. Titles that are on reserve cannot be stolen and do not affect your character, though they can be traded or given away. If a character gets their current title stolen, they may have their pick of reserve titles as a backup.

2. Fuse your titles. Combine what you have to make an UBER-TITLE. Upon fusion, the new title will take on the color of your team. But of course, uber titles can be stolen just as easily as any other.

AND ONE MORE THING...

Since these titles are tangible and can be interacted with physically, there are many things you can do with them. If your character decides to do ~creative things~ with their titles or the titles of others, or if you end up WITHOUT a title, give me a poke and I'll let you know how it works out for you.
