Nominations for our fourth contest are over...thanks SO MUCH if you participated. We appreciate so many of you playing this time...there are a lot of nominees. :D
Voting will open in three days. And yes, anyone can vote. You don't have to have nominated anything to vote. So tell your friends, everyone come vote!
The "polls" will remain open for one week after opening and the winners will be named three days after the "polls" close, or sooner if we can count them faster than that.

A couple of you had questions with your recent nominations. If I answer them from the nominations post, everyone will see your nominations, so I'm answering them here.
1. Yes. We'll look and make sure your icons haven't been nominated in the past contests. So, if you nominate one that's already been nominated, it won't be included in this voting. We're actually going to change the "what can be nominated" rules soon to make it easier for you. But for now, don't worry about it.
2. And yes. You can nominate only one icon if that's all you choose to nominate. We're glad to see you participating!
Thanks for the big response today to our deadline extension. Now we've got lots of nominees! *hugs fandom*

Things have been a bit slow around IJ lately. WAKE UP! *grin*
I know lots of you have been busy, or in a fandom funk, or maybe you're just really lazy during these dog days of summer. It's understandable, but we need your icon nominations! I see posts EVERY single day about icons and how much someone loves an icon or how cool an icon is. This is the time to *show* those icon-makers what their hard work means to us, so please, pretty please, go HERE and give us your nominations.
