Who: Madison and Willow
Where: Mausoleum
When: Sunrise
When Madison first began to come awake it was because of a definite soreness in her back and neck, which shouldn't have happened on account of the pretty decent mattress she had been sleeping on the last few days. Further, she realized she was sitting, which was also not a thing she did while sleeping. She was fairly certain she had not gone to sleep sitting down. Then, Madison felt her nose itch and the urge to scratch it began all she could think of. It was cold, colder than in her room. Harder. All her senses came to her very easily after that, aided by her increasing heart-rate. She wasn't in her room, was she?
Opening her eyes, Madison looked around to confirm what her other senses had already told her; she was in a dark, musty, cold place that was most definitely not her room. Straining to look over her shoulder, she couldn't quite make out what it was she was sitting against jut yet. There was dust in the air, however musty the place was, and she coughed slightly before bringing up a hand to scratch her nose again. Making use of one hand informed her of the state of the other - stuck to something. Madison adjusted her eyes to the flimsy light that penetrated the room, and looked down, then wiggled her fingers to feel around for whatever that hand was stuck on, and found flesh. Still fairly warm, if a bit clammy. Sitting upright, Madison looked to her left to see who was beside her, and found some kind of cloaked figure that made her jump. Upon closer inspection, it seemed like the shape of a woman dressed in a very strange way. Then again, Madison wasn't in her pajamas either; someone had changed her into practical clothes while she slept. She wasn't sure how that made her feel.
It was ironic that mere hours after she and Tobias had talked about anxiety over what was to come, she fond herself in her first real little game as a resident of this place. And here Madison had been thinking she would wake up to full disclosure and a world of hidden possibilities.
Although, the day was still young.
"Hey." she called, shaking her left arm in order to shake the other woman's right. She didn't know her, didn't recognize her from the dinner, and thus there was a strong possibility that this was another new arrival Sighing, Madison shook her arm again, then reached across herself with her right arm to shake the other woman's shoulder. "Wake up." she urged.
