"Because most everyone else had a little adjustment time before being thrown into one one of these situations. You just woke up right in the middle of one." Madison explained. She didn't believe the girl when she said she wasn't worried; there was no way, surely.
She narrowed her eyes to adjust to the lighting change, looking to the screening room where sound was coming from. There was a movie on. "That's not creepy. There's a movie playing. I guess we should head inside."
However Madison, too, was entranced by the scent in the air and her stomach rumbled immediately, much as Willow's had. "Ooooh." she murmured in a low voice, bringing a hand over her stomach. Back to Willow's question, Madison followed the girl's gaze over to the popcorn stand, wondering what the odds were that the popcorn would still be good for eating. Better not risk it. Or was it? She eyed Willow. "Are you hungry enough to try dusty old popcorn?"
