Taking care of myself is what I do. What I did. I'm not used to having someone else look out for me. Not unless it's helping them out in some way.

Yeah, that's pretty much what's happening to me. It feels like it's happening pretty quickly, but it's hard to say. I guess if it is magic, then magic should be able to reverse it. Know any witches who don't actually want me dead?

Yeah, that does seem like it's kind of your thing. And I do respect that. Standing on your own two feet is a good thing.

There was one around here that I knew, but I don't think she's here anymore. Her sisters might be, though-- I think their names were Phoebe and Piper. Then there's the witches and wizards from the Harry Potter universe, and there's are native magical types as well-- the sheriff and the mayor, from what I've heard, and possibly others. Take your pick, or try all of them and see what they have to offer.

	In my experience, people are mostly out for themselves. If I didn't look out for me, I'd be dead several times over. There's a witch here from my world, too, but I know she won't help. I'll ask around to some of the others, though. I don't know how much they can do. Stopping my aging has to be some pretty powerful magic. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

It's a real shame Paige isn't here, she was part white-lighter, which is her version of an angel. It sounded like she had some powerful healing magic. There's... also an angel from my world here. She and I aren't on good terms-- actually, she wanted me dead back home, though she hasn't tried to kill me here-- so being associated with me wouldn't help your case, but hurting you wouldn't help her cause, either. I don't have any idea whether she would be willing to help you, but angels have the most powerful healing abilities of anyone I've ever encountered. If you wanted to try to get to know her (probably best you don't mention knowing me or that I pointed you in her direction) and see if she'll help you, her name is Anna Milton.

I think I may just put out a call to all the magical users here and see if anyone is willing. If someone doesn't come forward, I'll have to approach them individually, but this could be a case where I'll need help from more than one source.

Thank you for the information, though. It's encouraging, at least, to know there might be someone here who can help. I've lived a long, long time, but I'm still not ready to go.

Well, I know what it's like to be targeted by someone cruel and powerful, and how much that can mess with... everything. How far it can drive you to do things that you might never have done, otherwise. I've been judged for plenty of things in my lifetime, so I mostly concern myself with people who are a direct threat to people around them. And even then, even people who might otherwise be dangerous seem to be less dangerous here. From where I stand right now, it looks like you're more in danger than you are a danger, even if you might've been dangerous in the pursuit of your own survival, before. If that makes any sense.
