There are a lot of people here who know me, or know of me, and I think I owe a great many of them an apology.

Right before I showed up here -- well. I defeated Voldemort. I mean, like, immediately before. ~~I still have the El~~ and I've sort of been just reeling from that and not -- not sure what to say to anyone. I've read the books now, my books -- seen the films ~~I don't~~ and I just got myself trapped in this strange cycle of self-examination, I suppose. Looking at what I've done; realising how easy it might have been to do things better or differently. It's a struggle, it's strange, when it's all laid out in front of me in chapter and verse. I couldn't really -- I couldn't square it away easily.

But, Hermione sort of dragged me to my senses, so I'm here now. I'm present. And I'm sorry.

If it's not obviously, I'm a lot older than you here. I'm probably different from what you remember. I know that's probably awkward, and that's fine. I'm not expecting anything. But Lilu deserves better than what she's been getting.

	We got back together after the war. After a couple of years, we got married. We have 3 kids. For me, our youngest, Lily, was just born a few weeks ago. It's been almost 10 years for me, so I'm not really sure how much of that you want to know. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
