[Against Evil]

The classes so far aren't that bad, the ones at the college, not the other ones. The other ones are really good. The college classes are pretty similar to some of the ones that I was taking at home.

Now I just need a job

Do you just look young or are you actually young? Because if its the latter that seems like a lot of responsibility.

I'm currently majoring in Art History and minoring in French as well as Business.

I'm actually young. Tell me about it. It's a lot, but it's important.

I'm trying to get into a language class, it will depend on what fits with my schedule and has room though.

I bet it is if it involves diplomacy.

They've got a decent language department at the university. One of the nice parts of Lawrence is that a lot of the displaced speak another language fluently so you've got an opportunity to really practice.

I'm trying to get into either French, German or Spanish but dealing with some wait lists.

If you get into French there are tons here who can work with you on it.

It sounds like I should push for French.

Well, most of the people who frequent Eponine's Inn speak it so it's a lot of fun to hang out there and talk.

Yeah, I kind of got her elected queen.

In my defense, she wasn't actually supposed to be able to win. It was just supposed to kind of be a way to delay the elections so we could prove I didn't actually kill the last queen.

I'd say it was even more complicated than that!

There are. Elected though, the title isn't successive through the twelve royal families.

So whoever is elected has to come from a royal family though?

We just have the Mikaelson family as the originators of our bloodlines. Not really a royal family per se.

As the law stands they have to come from a royal family but the king or queen can only have power so long as they have a quorum. A craptastic law to be sure.

I don't think anyone really knows where the Moroi came from/evolved from. But we know where the first Strigoi came from.

It's tradition and while some of it does need to be revised it's still historical and it's still really important. The world changes and laws should grow and change with them. I want there to be change, and I'm working towards it but there is also a balance and a need to look at everything from as many directions as possible to determine the best way to accomplish change without causing significant damage as well.
