I know the werewolves that are brought here by the Seal go to the one place that is supposed to be safe for them.

But what do the native ones do?

Can they be in the city?

	Reasonably, yes. Back home, I was a part of the Light Fae, it was my job to keep an eye on the movements of all kinds of fae, be aware of who was in the territory.
