No, because you're right. I actually do agree with you. I love Elijah, I do, but his family basically invented insane. And I'd hate it, I would, if something had to be done to contain him, but contingencies exist. They have to. Especially for those of us that are more likely to slip off that edge. Again. Because I'm not stupid. They may not be actively being discussed at the moment, but there are plans if I lose it again. If Jacen does, if Loki goes off the rails... There have to plans. Even if the plans suck on a personal level? I see the point and reason behind it.

And let's be honest. Klaus could use some humbling.

Thought you might. But you can't say it cause, wrath of the crazy. And of course there are plans, hell, they locked me in a cage cause I sassed Crowley's boyfriend. Plans need to be in place for so many people here but dare you suggest proving that the mighty Originals can be humbled.

Honestly, There's no point. It would prove my point but I'd lose friends, I'd lose too much and they're not worth it.

But if they cross the line, any of them? I will be front and centre with an elaborate I told you so dance I had about a month to perfect.

Exactly. I only live because Klaus' mercy allows it, you see. Which, really, in the grand scheme...miniscule reason and kind of pointless. They focused on the threat, freaked everyone out. Honestly? I have no idea if you even had any intent on following through with that, but I do know even if you did, it wouldn't have happened until after you had Sam back. And really, I think having him back would've given you pause to reconsider. It's funny, the family that will rip cities apart for their own couldn't even see where you were coming from...

I've barely put a fraction in on changing compared to what you've done through the years and I wouldn't risk it for what little I have. And you have way more to lose than I would, so you know, I don't blame you.

Is it a dance full of mockery and smug?

And made me the bad guy. After 5 years with you guys, 4 of which I spent paying for my sins and being reminded of what I'd done in the past, facing that past and coming though it. I threaten them a few times, and honestly. I didn't. I threatened everyone. And they made it about them. And even my own friends turned on me. You want to know why I need Sam back so much, because him, Dean, a few others, they're the only ones who see me for what I am. They're the only ones who really bother and wouldn't be swayed by this crap.

Oh they'd never see it, its not about them.

But right now, its not about them either. Its about my husband, and I want him back.

Him and Emily yeah. And they were being so damn cocky, because frankly, all I said was that I'd make anyone who hurt him suffer. And I won't deny, I would have. As would you if someone hurt Elijah. As would anyone if their love was threatened for something they couldn't control.

But they leapt on it like a pack of dogs.

Cause no one else has ever made a statement like that.

I know I'll get him back. And things will be alright again.

But I really have seen the truth about some people I thought I knew

	Well, when I say never, I meant in this case. But yeah. It's why I stick to my select few and don't venture outside that little circle much. Maybe. But Elijah respects me, my opinions, even friends I claim that he doesn't agree with. I don't think this should be any different. (Reply to this) (Parent)
