I give up trying to read anything tonight and apparently the internet is also against me. I can't figure out drunk words online.

If he had told you to kill your father, burn helpless peasents? Then?

At what point is an oath no more than words

Our oath was to protect him. Those acts would not serve that purpose.

So if you swore an Oath to serve a King and that King lost his mind, threatened and murdered countless of his own people?

Would you protect him still?

It was not an oath I took lightly. Though I made it known when I felt he had taken things too far. He listened most of the time.

The King I took my Oath to would not listen. Would not heed the words of those who tried to help him. He let his city burn and his people die. He lost his son to a foolish war that would have never happened if he'd kept his sanity.

Fire and Blood, the words of his family.

...well this has gotten irritatingly serious. Perhaps I should just get drunk

We were all fools, in that place. And so was he.

Getting drunk is a temporary solution.

Oh I'm very aware its temporary. But might be alright for a bit

I despise drinking alone of course, and only in moderation. You two willing to share a few. I'll even invite my pirate

Wonderful.

Ser Jaime Lannister by the way.

Jaime will do just fine of course

Apparently yes.

Her name is Isabela and she's rather delightful. Its taking a little while for the memories to resurface but they're getting there

I was here once before you see. Here, taken back to Westros for what I can only determine was a lesson in how to further despise the North and then delivered here as I was on my way to Kings Landing in the very interesting company of the most disagreeable woman in possibly the entire world.

While I was here though I knew Isabela, and the memories have been a little fuzzy. I suppose a year spent in a cell being kicked by every wolf that thinks they'll win favours will do that to a man

I did not know it could do that. That's unsettling. If that is true she is a good pirate from what I've seen of pirate films. What little I know of them they are supposed to disagree. But then again they are also supposed to wear eye patches. I don't know much of pirates.

It sent you back only to be in a cell?

If. He did

And yet that is the choice I found myself faced with.

Should I stop the Mad King and his obsession with fire, and need to burn all around him to ashes and dust. Or obey him because of course, he was the King and I swore a sacred vow
