A friend and I would like to get out for drinks and whatnot so would someone be willing to keep an eye on ShortyAstor? She's more than able to take care of herself, but if someone could just make sure she's okay? Check in on time to time?

Hey, would you be alright on your own if I were to go out with a friend? I'm trying to see if someone can just check in on you from time to time but I know you can take care of yourself.

Okay, I don't know about her, but when I was twelve, 'be in bed by 11pm' meant 'wait till Mum's asleep then sneak downstairs and watch the telly till I fell asleep there'.

It's all right. I've got the nightshift, I'll check in on her. She can always come down if she gets scar anything happens.

I was being forced to survive on my own or die at her age. And no, I'm not going to do that to her. I'm not Vader or that cold hearted and cruel.

She knows to call for help if she needs it, to not use the oven, and to behave. She feels honest about it all too. Though I appreciate you checking in on her.

Uh, yeah, I'd hope not. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be just Abby who'd have your head for that one.

She's a good kid. Not really the point, though Just let her know to call me if she needs me. I'm here all night.

She knows. And just to make sure she knows I also have the numbers for you both written down as well as my friend and mentor Mara with mine. And I have my lightsaber with me and anything that can cause a fire or hurt her has been locked away
