…what the hell does "displaced" mean? Where is this? Two seconds ago, I was at work. I mean I'm no stranger to weird but…this kind of takes the top.

I said "displaced" not displaced, because that's what the woman at the internet cafe said, complete with those condescending finger quotations.

...you're hilarious.

Likewise, I guess. I'm gonna get fired. I need that job. My dad needs me to have that job.

I know all about magic, yeah... Magic? K...

They're the same thing here. People who get seal-napped are the displaced.

This is a new thing, apparently. I wasn't before.

Probably won't make you feel any better, but generally (from what I gather) people who are taken aren't missed. Things don't continue without you. Some people get sent back right where they were taken from. So, don't think you have to worry.

Great.

I...don't know how to feel about that...

This computer says it's March 8, 2012...um. So that leaves me with two unrelated but equally important questions:

1. What happened to the rest of 2012 and all of 2011?
2. When is the next full moon?

You're now a member of the club, basically.

1. It's passed already, if you're from before that you time traveled as well as world-hopped, congrats.
2. Tonight.

I know. Was in your shoes once upon a time.

Yeah, tonight.

You might want to filter this post in the subject bar against Evil including Moriarty and Katherine. And I can give you the complex address if you want it.

I guess I should. I don't filter myself. Like ever. Not going to start now, but thanks for the tip.

This isn't about filtering what you say. This is about keeping people that will hurt or kill you from getting information that can help them. And yeah, you say things that can help them no matter how unimportant you think what you're saying is. We literally just had a group of kids get kidnapped and tortured by demons.

Forgive my asking but, why so curious about the full moon? Are you a werewolf too?

[pretend this was right after the comment. Because going in early to work sucks]

No, that's really okay. I'm good, but thanks. You're pretty much an open book, aren't you? I mean, going around telling people you don't even know something like that. Kind of a big deal to be sharing with strangers, isn't it? You're either crazy or even more fearless than me and that's saying a l

Yeah? I'm not.

So you probably keep pretty close tabs on the full moon, huh? Think I could trouble you to keep me in the loop until I get accustomed to the time difference? This is like...14 or 15 hours earlier than what I'm used to.

Nice to meet you too.

I have a question. One you don't have to answer at all, but I'm curious. Why are you so interested in the full moon if you aren't a werewolf? Granted it's beautiful to look at on a clear night but I get a feeling it's more than that. Again, you don't have to share, but I'd like to help you however I can if possible. Arriving here is very...unsettling.

Oh, there's this app on there called Star Walk. One of the features it has is it tells you when a full moon is. According to it the next one is the night of April 6.
