Getting oneself kidnapped is sloppy you know. Shows an utter lack of self control of perhaps weakness. My brother got himself captured and locked in a cell once, but that could simply be because he's an idiot.

	It is weak and sloppy. Its a flaw in those people that should be corrected upon their rescue with the appropriate training. That is if they're not dead. They could be dead in which case we should consider it a lost battle in the overall war and stratagize over where we went wrong. When you're on a team, it isn't about your strengths and your flaw but that of the entire team. What works for you might sometimes work for the team, but not always. So just because you might be a fool for "letting yourself" get caught it isn't the case for anyone. To be affective in anything, you can't assume what worked for you some place else will still work when the rules are different. It's overconfident, stupid, and likely to piss off the members of your team. An effective team needs cooperation and understanding.

You want to be productive? Learn when to keep ~~your bloody gob sho~~ silent.

Have you ever even been on a team? Or was it just you and your followers? Because believe it or not, those are two different things.

In your case? Keeps your team members ~~from thinking you're an inbred bitc~~ from disliking you. And pissing people off. You want to be productive? Ask Andrew and Buffy for something that doesn't involve people wasting valuable time ~~explaining things to you~~.
