Getting oneself kidnapped is sloppy you know. Shows an utter lack of self control of perhaps weakness. My brother got himself captured and locked in a cell once, but that could simply be because he's an idiot.

People can logicly learn from the mistakes of those who have been taken. Its obvious isn't it.

I keep saying. I don't need friends. Friends are little more than weaknesses. I can help myself perfectly well.

Problem with that is that we don't know what mistakes they made, if they even made any. Buffy said there were a bunch of demons that came at her, they could have simply been outnumbered.

I didn't mean you have to be besties with anyone around here, but there's the whole vinegar and honey analogy. A lot of people won't want to help someone that treats them like lesser beings all the time.

Oh they'll help. Mostly because no one wants a demon possessing a Fire Bender. It would be highly unpleasent if they did ever gain control of me.

If you set the demons on fire that come after you it'll kill the humans they're possessing. Don't forget that there are still innocent people involved.
