I'm also gonna suggest cutting comms from the battle to the aftermath down to bare mimimum communications while the main battle threads go on to keep it a little bit real time. If you have to for time constraint reasons please mark it post battle

No no, he could do something. Help her. He was so powerful in so many ways. He'd been a Sith Lord, he'd been a God to the Yuuzhun Vong. He had ended that war with a power he didn't quite understand and he'd done that with Jaina at his side. She was the other half of him. She was the one thing that had never changed. Oh their bond had waxed and waned. It had been close to breaking so very often, but it was there.

He knew he needed to tell her that back. But she knew, she knew because the Force would tell her so, because she was beyond the tears now, she was as hurt as Anakin had been, maybe worse. And he was about to be without his twin, without that part of him that he knew he'd left her without back home. Was this payback too? Was this the universe telling him he'd know how much it hurt to lose someone who should have always been there. And he felt her worry too, that her death would push him over the edge. He was close, he knew that, the rage and anger and hurt he was feeling would have been easily visible to anyone with any hint of psychic power. But he shook his head. "Jaina, I won't become him, I won't dishonour you or this fight. You don't worry okay sis. You just....kriff it Jaina fight it, please fight it, I need you. I can get help. I can try something. I can fix this, I can fix anyth..."
