NOTE: Sorry for the delay guys!! Life exploded on me, Am gonna put up subthreads using my charries, One is in each group so it works, and we can work from there?

The demons discussed it among themselves, The Escape. Two of the captives had actually gone. Slipped out of Alastair's grasp and he was angry. He was fine with letting people go if he felt in the mood for it for his own amusement but taken from him like that. No he was angry. And he'd set the demons to watch assuming they'd come for the others. Those he'd been working on. Long hours and his most exquisite work without killing any of them directly. He didn't plan for death, he hadn't been ordered to.

But all the same they were gone. If nothing else that was enough to worry the demons

So the demons waited, ten of them who he'd brought out of the pit with them, they'd jumped at the chance, there was nothing in hell that wanted to stay there anymore. Their job was simple, lookout patrol around occasionally, walk around and hope that Alastair was wrong because if he wasn't then something was coming. Nothing they couldn't handle but even so. Given what they'd seen of those people. Not that he'd let them help. Al had considered it very personal.

They stayed inside. But on the lookout.

This thing kidnapped Robin. Raven could not and would not stand for that and felt a surge of gratitude that the others were telling Sam Winchester to screw himself while they had all come up with the plan. She was one of the flyers. She knew how important it was to stick to the plan, so she stayed at a distance from the location until the others showed up. This was a chance to rescue her friend, and she was not about to be a reason for it to fail. She cloaked her pressence with the shadows and kept an eye out for Buffy and everyone else.

Tim was gone not physically. But mentally? yes. He'd checked out sometime a few hours into his "dental appointment". If he wasn't afraid of dentists before, getting him to see one now would be worse than well..pulling teeth. A demon had been in his mouth. And not in a good fun way. Working on his teeth, pulling and scraping until he broke. Coppery bitter tasting blood filled his mouth and spilled past his lips, his head limply to the side, eyes unblinking. His face was thrashed and scarred. His clothing was covered in his own blood and it stuck to his skin. Most of it honestly was under the table in a puddle.

He no longer fought at the chains his arms lie almost lifelessly at his sides. Limp and cold. His heart beat was there but it was shallow, he'd suffered a vicious amount of blood loss. His eyes were open but had no life to them, none of that mirth that usually suggested life. They were hopeless and dull. Fogged with pain. His arms were sliced like ribbons and his stomach a mess where the demon had started.

Black bangs stuck to his dirty face, messy with sweat. He couldn't see around the room anymore. He didn't really care. There were sounds but they didn't even reach his ears. He didn't realize anyone but the demons was there.

She felt a cold shock as Tim's mind seemed to fade away. She had been sensing him for a while, but needed to keep to the plan. The both of them would be upset if she ruined the plan now and risked the lives of others just to save him. She tried to send some hope his way, hoping that something would reach him and keep him holding on for just a little longer. One of her friends had just arrived, and she was not about to lose him without a fight. Help is coming, Tim. She tried with all her might to bring him back.

She didn't know what to do, she was afraid to try more than instill hope, afraid that anything else may cause problems later on. There were stronger emotions she could tap into, but hope was the safest.

Grapples and hooks had gotten the work done for Felicia, her part in it anyway, she had a copy of the trap and had recreated it as best she could in her assigned places. She hoped it would help, really did. The point was to get those people out of there. Whatever it took that was what they'd do.

Felicia didn't clame to be a good person in terms of morality, but this, all of this was no choice at all, she had to help. So she'd signed up and was getting her job done as she'd said she would. Maybe Peter would even realize that she could do this kinda thing now and again, even without his help.

"So planning" she said landing with almost no sound, catlike, hidden behind her mask. "How do we do this"

She'd been able to carry a lot of rock salt, and cover a lot of windows and doors in a short period of time. It didn't take her long to get her section finished, and then burn multiple demon traps into the roof of the building, all and blinding speed before meeting up with the others.

Touching down beside Felicia, Kara looked toward the direction of the apartments, and scanned. "They're coming now." she informed the cat. I can see them, not far off. I believe Buffy and Andrew have us divided into teams." She had the basic idea of the plan down, but she knew Andrew, Buffy and Paige were going to probably explain it all again, in detail."

She knew they were in there. Kara had already seen some of them, and heard some of the screams. Terrible, terrible screams. "Either way, they're all trapped in there now. It won't be much longer." They'd have them out soon, all of them. As far as she could tell they were all still alive. She could be wrong, but she didn't think so. They were going to get all those people out.

Raven noticed people from the apartments coming now. This was it. She flew up high enough to see the roof of the building. She was going to keep all of the demons inside. The people inside would then just have to get out, and with all the help coming out tonight, that was entirely possible.

Using her telekinetic abilities, she spread paint all around the roof in the form of a giant devil's trap. She had never tried one this large before, hopefully the size of it was not as much an issue as the symbols. She knew with some magic it was, but she had not had years to study this. This took some time for her to do, after she was finished with it, she looked around to see if anyone needed her help spreading salt.

Raven hovered near Kara and Felicia, "The roof trap is taken care of. Is there any other area I should tend to?"

Like she had hoped, they had arrived to the building with the salt lines and demon traps set, so even if the demons saw them coming, they couldn't come out after them. Buffy had gone over the plan with every single person coming, in detail. She'd made sure every one of them were armed with holy water, and some with rock salt guns weather they liked it or not. She herself had holy water, salt, not in gun style, and her scythe, just in case. There were two entrances, she'd taken her team and circled around back, knowing the others were with Andrew and Paige, and therefor in good hands.

Once they were set to go in, she turned to team. "Right. Remember, myself, Needy, Spike start with the main fight in each room. Romana, Clark and James, get the salt lines down at the room entrance and the demon traps set while we hold them off. Once that's done, join the fight and help us get them into the traps to be exorcised. The same thing in every room until we have them all. When we find Alastair, trap him, and that's it. Everyone watch your charms, don't let them get near enough to take them." she looked around and each of them, making sure the message was clear.

Turning to Claire, she smiled slightly. "If - when we find any injured, I'll have Clark run them out to you, and you stay with them. If they want your help, help them." she kept just 'how' Claire was going to help them to herself, it was her choice to tell or not. "Also, if anyone approaches, call my cell, it's with me. If it rings, I know its you, and I'll send the fastest person out to help you." her eyes rested on Clark for just a minute. They couldn't risk any demons coming from the outside.

"Everyone clear?" The slayer checked her utility belt, before looking to the building. "No demon gets out. Lets go."

Needy had been standing on the roof, thinking about how bad she wanted to get the demons, especially Alastair, for torturing her and the others. Her arms crossed were over her chest as she watched the others approach. Once she saw them separate she stepped off and dropped to the ground, using just enough of her leviataion ability at the end to make sure she landed on her feet without getting hurt.

It was something she'd been working on when no one was looking.

Once she was on the ground she walked over to the side of the building to grab the gun she'd been given (though she didn't think she would use it too much) as well as her holy water before joining the group where she turned her full attention on Buffy.

She got the plan. She was supposed to be one of the fighters, which was good because she really didn't have the Latin and the traps down just yet, but she was working hard at them.

"And seriously guys, Alastair's no joke. Take it from me," she added simply. As far as she knew, there wasn't another person on the group that met him.

Romana had the gun and the holy water and she could almost remember how it felt to hold a gun and fight and defend. The Great Council sitting in judgement on her decisions, and her fighting, defending until the Doctor could do what she asked. Until he could end it. Until Gallifrey fell. Yes this was a different war and different weapons. But it was the same mindset.

"I'll start on the traps and defend as best I can while doing so. Then I'll mostly just be shooting them" she said, she understood the orders and they were sound, she was happy to follow them. She looked to either side of her to Clark and James and nodded to them both.

"Shall we get them back boys?" she asked, once Buffy's order hand been given and followed the main fighters into the fray ready to lay the salt and the traps as required.

Claire nodded to the instructions, not sure if the cellphone thing would happen. She could defend herself probably better than anyone in the world with her healing and given the fact she barely felt anything physical anymore. It was a hard one to gauge. But she had people to look after once they were healed. Healed with her blood meant physically fine. Mental she couldn't do a thing about. And she knew they'd be hurting.

"I'll keep them safe Buffy" she said simply, looking at the Slayer and the group surrounding and wishing she could go in with them, but she understood why she couldn't. It was the same reason she was wearing three of the amulets.

"Get them back" she asked the group and stepped back a little checking the little black shoulder bag she had with her containing as much as she could manage in little vials of her blood. No one had asked how she healed and Needy hadn't asked about the vials. She was fine with that. Maybe no one would.

"Clear" James said. He was practically vibrating with tension. He wanted to just go straight in, blast any demon that got in his way and find Rose. But James knew that this had to be done first. As much as he wanted to go, they had to set things up.

He would do a few exorcisms and go after her himself ... That is, if his uncle Ron didn't beat him to it. The other male had less patience than James did. And furthermore, this was his daughter. He wouldn't be surprised, certainly wouldn't blame him, if he made a beeline straight towards Rose.

He heard what Needy said, even though it seemed as if his attention was elsewhere. And technically it was.

A demon was making his way towards James, as if he was unsure if he wanted to attack or wanted to escape. The former Gryffindor hit him with a stunning spell. Once. Then twice. Then -- luckily it took the second time. Merlin! He bloody fucking hated the way their magic took more effort in this world, made things slower and less efficient. And there WERE moments when James Sirius Potter cared quite a lot for efficiency. Life and death ones were some of them.

One of the first people in the door, the action started almost right away. Thank god for fast workers and people that listened. She hardly had to glance to the side to see Romana going to the salt and traps, and hopefully Clark and James were as well.

There were only a couple of demons in the room, but that was more than enough, and hopefully no more got in. The first one was one her in a heartbeat, since she was one of the first people in. Her mind zeroed in, focusing on the entire situation. She ducked a punch, and then she attacked, full on attacked, not giving the demon a second to retaliate.

The full capabilities of a slayer, if not yet known to anyone on her team, were on display now. From how fast she could move, not Superman fast, but fast, to how hard her fist could collide with the demon, to even how high she could jump. After literally jumping over a demon to dodge a a kick, she kicked his legs out from underneath him, and then threw a handful of salt on him, the contents getting lost in its hair. That would occupy him for a minute so she could move on.

Clark didn't have to be told twice about what it was that he himself needed to do. Hefting up one of the bags of salt that he had brought with him, he gave Buffy a nod, verifying that he understood what it was that she was asking of him. They were a team here, naturally, but it was always decent to have someone at the lead to verify what it was that they were each going to do in order to keep things from getting too confusing. This was organized. Not what Clark himself was used to, but he had no protests so long as it got everyone out of there alive. Moving forward, he began to pour salt down across the various openings. Once he finished, Clark tossed the bag of salt aside and stepped over the fresh line and into the building.

There were demons inside waiting for them all, as expected. Clark had studied the Latin verses long and hard enough; he knew how to exorcise them. Fortunately, he also had the physical strength to keep them back as the others fought and worked at exorcising them as well. He couldn't get them all, but Clark fully intended on helping clearing up a path so that he and the others could get to those holed away within the building. They needed to be rescued. Not only they, but Andrea as well. She was trapped up there and Clark couldn't bear to think of the damage that may have been done to her.

He found that he wasn't a fan of this demon. Not one bit.

He found the others already battling back the demons by the time he entered the area himself. Clark didn't wait. He punched one back efficiently, then started on with the exorcism as best as he could.

Doubling up on anti-possession charms seemed like a good idea, she had one around her neck, one around her wrist and one around her ankle. Paranoid? Maybe. But they didn't need any demon Kryptonians fighting against them. Her friend was in here- Andrea, and she was getting her back. She and Clark had threatened to tie Lois up if she even attempted to come with them, luckily the fight hadn't been too difficult. Kara would have dropped her in NY if she had to.

When Buffy had tried to give her weapons, she'd accepted the holy water, but refused the rock salt guns. There wasn't much the demons could do to hurt her, but it wouldn't take much effort to kick their asses on her part. She just had to make sure she didn't hit too hard.

After helping set up, Kara had warned her cousin to watch his back, and then had met her team at the second entrance, and double checked her tools and charms. They'd be heading in soon. For all she knew Andrea and Buffy had synced watches.

Arms folded over her chest, Kara turned to look at the building. Her eyes focused in, and then ex-rayed the structure. She could see which of the people in there were theirs, by the way they were positioned. It wasn't anything comfortable. They had to move now. Turning back to the group, she looked to Andrew for instructions.

Andrew was extremely glad he had so much experience running teams against demons. No, they weren't ones like these. They were more textbook demons back home, at least to him, as he always researched them in his books first. But here they had to worry about saving the person they were in as well as getting rid of the demon.

At least there was a sort of One Size Fits All way to get them instead of having to figure out their weak point. For most of them, at least.

"Alright guys," Andrew said, eyes drifting over each of the members of his team. His usual happy-go-lucky demeanor was gone just then, he was in his Mission Mode. "We've already been over the plan once, but we need to run through it again to make sure everyone's got it. We're going in one room at a time. No rushing into the next room until the one we've started is clear. Kara will lay the salt lines at the doors then join Ron, Felicia, and Virgil in holding off the demons while the rest of us lay traps. Once the traps are down work the demons to them so we can get to exorcising them. When we find hurt people they'll be sent out as fast as possible. Katara will be waiting out here to heal them. Got it?"

And after another look at each person Andrew checked his watch. It was time for Buffy's team to be heading in, so it was time for theirs as well. "Alright guys. Here we go," he said, then turned to move towards the building.

Virgil was dressed in his gear. Static was more appropriate for this kind of work. He wasn't sure if they knew it was him or not, but he wasn't questioning it. Nor was he about to explain it. They had more important things to do. He stood not far from Kara. Pulling a black glove on a bit tighter and testing his powers. Forming a small ball of electricity around his fist and letting it fizzle out seconds later, it didn't touch or shock any of them, it wouldn't unless somehow he lost control. But he was relieved none the less. His abilities still worked in demon land. He could still control them at will. He had a dark navy blue trench coat he adjusted, made sure was on, and a black shirt with a gold lightning bolt on the front. No spandex for him, no way. Pants, shirt, and a trench coat, mask too of coarse. As awesome as the Justice League was, he could admit the spandex were a bit lame. They made them work, but on anyone else? Especially him? just no.

Static pulled a small silver sliver of sheet metal from the inside pocket of his coat. He zapped it with his electricity and with no effort it was hovering in the air, he was kneeling ontop of it waiting for Andrew. Like the boy leading them, he took the mission seriously. There could be fight talking later.

It took doing this for many years for Paige not to gape at the person in costume. Okay, well, no. Not this this. Seeing as she'd never drawn a devil's trap or seen anyone in a superhero costume other than her sisters before here. This? All of this was an experiance. However, Paige was used to shutting down her awe at something new and different when it came to getting down to business. This was business. Blinking at the costume, electricity person would come later.

When Andrew gave his instructions, she nodded only once. She was the 'rest of them'. And it was time to lay some devil traps. Something amongst the three things, other two being physical fighting and exorcisms, that she had real good knack for.

Raven rose from the shadows near the rest of the group. She had her anti possesion charms on. She wasn't sure if these demons would be able to possess her, but she was not in the mood to find out, especially while her friend was in danger. She was planning on finding Tim, who she had been able to sense for a while now. He was in so much pain at the moment it was hurting her. That added to the others, whose pain she was able to sense now with great intensity, was her driving force now.

"I believe Paige and I will be able to remove the captives the quickest, if she is alright with missing some of the fight to help me with that," they were Raven's priority right now after all.

The strangeness of the things going on were greater than anything she had experienced before. She was holding a bottle of 'holy water' which she was told to use for protection, as well as her usual canteen of water and a few more things of water for standard healing purposes. She was wearing a new pendant, which was supposed to prevent her from being possessed. And the things that were going to be in this fight were demons. All and all, Katara was forcing herself to simplify things in her head so she didn't get freaked out by all of that. She was to heal and defend the people they got out of the building. That was her job.

"Right." She said as the guy named Andrew finished his recap of the plan.

It was over, it was done. They'd got rid of every damn demon in there, save Alastair, who was trapped. They were all alive. Some were beat up, she herself had a busted lip and a cut across her arm. Minor things, they'd heal up soon enough. She'd probably bruise, but those wouldn't last long either. They'd pulled it off. All of them. Each and everyone one of the people who had come along deserved some kind of reward.

Once the fight was done, she had asked for the symbols keeping out the angels to be removed, and helping out herself until she figured it out. Some of the kidnapped were healed, some weren't. Most were unconscious and being transported back to the apartments. She watched some of her people go, before looking around, then up. Why was she looking up? When she thought of Angels, she thought of them watching from above. Kind of creepy, but she had delivered. Now she was going to gloat infront of Uriel.

"Hey! Assclown with wings! And any other Angel." she added. "Like I said. One demon, wrapped up and ready for delivery." and none of them had thought they could pull it off. Everyone in this damn worked underestimated the Slayer. It was getting kind of annoying. She was going to have to build up her rep. all over again.

Uriel, of course, had been waiting. Watching, too, which was unfortunately very difficult when the monkeys had decided to block the entire party off. He had lurked moodily on the outskirts of the entire scene, wishing he'd had a way in to prevent the little blonde woman and her friends from succeeding. Uriel truly hated being proven wrong - it made him itchy. Yet, here they were. Sending demons back left and right, facing off an upper level like Alastair. Perhaps if Uriel actually held some form of interest in saving this world he would have been gleeful about their success. Rather, he was moody about it. In spite of it all, he was rather talented at keeping certain things about himself hidden. So, when the flutter of wings sounded his arrival, Uriel found himself looking more intrigued than displeased.

"Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Uriel asked, pressing on a fain measure of amusement for emphasis. He looked past Buffy, searching for the demon he had come along to capture. Well, this was going to be a pain, wasn't it? Who was he going to frame for the murders now?

Hearing the flutter of wings- about a million comments came to her about that, but she kept silent- Buffy turned on the spot, arms crossing over her chest. "If she wasn't dead, yeah, I probably would." she said sharply. There was nothing wrong with her mouth, thanks. Actually, compared to some of the people she now lived with, Buffys mouth was squeaky clean.

She looked over her shoulder, and then turned back, motioned behind her to the building with her thumb. "He's inside. The rest are gone, as you probably know." now she wanted Alastair gone, and locked up. Or killed. Killed was the first on her list. But gone and unable to hurt anyone she would also take.

Her arms crossed over her chest as she looked up at him. This was the first time she'd come in close proximity, or had even laid eyes on an Angel. He didn't look to Angelic. She sort of expected...more. Something that said 'I'm an Angel, damn, look at me be awesome.' But then again, she didn't exactly look like someone who could pull off the things she did.

"Next time lets not underestimate the Slayer. I wasn't chosen by the equivalent of your daddy for nothing."

Dead mother. Nifty bit of information for a human such as herself to have handed out. Uriel, being an angel, may have been among some of the most expressive, but even he didn't flinch when Buffy made that statement. He didn't often interact with humans; he hadn't done so for hundreds of years prior to being ordered down onto the earth, but talk of death never appeared to be quite pleasant with them. They clung to life desperately, rarely wishing to pass onto the next world. Uriel found that it was very difficult for him to express any sympathy for a race of beings that were so afraid of such a thing, just as he found it fairly difficult to enjoy their presence stinking up one of God's fairest creations just because it was decided that the planet needed to be inhabited.

"There is no equivalent of God," Uriel informed her sharply, looking past her to examine the building that he knew Alastair was contained within. Now that he had an idea, he could sense the demon. And he wasn't happy. That brought on a smile. Alastair had no idea as to how much of a pawn he was. He thought that he mattered when, really, he was being used.

It was hilarious.

"So? How'd you do it?" Uriel focused his attention back onto the tiny human. "How did you manage to bring Uriel down?" It was a curious thing indeed.

She looked to the building, snorting back a laugh. "Right. Because you've been to other worlds so often." if he had, he'd know he was wrong. As it was, he was just a pain in the ass. "You have no idea how it works where I'm from." he could assume all he wants, but it wasn't going to get anywhere.

A smirked pulled across her lips, everyone was always underestimating her, and those she lived with. "Alastair's sadistic, but he's not the most impossible thing I've taken down." she said in a matter of fact tone. "Simple, really." no, it wasn't simple, but the steps were simple. She pointed to the building, "Salt lines at every door, demon traps on the roof prevents them from leaving the building and their bodies." she turned to look toward the door. "Two points of entry, two teams. We took one room at a time, the...faster people in our teams securing the entrances to each room with salt lines so we couldn't be rushed all at once."

Buffy glanced back to the Angel, crossing her arms over her chest. "The experienced fighters held back the demons while traps were drawn. Then we exorcised them, and moved on to the next room. Same pattern, every room until we found Alastair. There's two of us who are pretty equal to him in strength, so we held him back while someone else drew the trap, and then we threw him in." she shrugged her shoulders, the plan was simple enough. And it had worked. Suck on that, locals.

At what point she became aware of people in the room, she wasn't sure. She just knew they were drawing closer. The sounds of fighting had reached her ears, though she was barely aware of it. She wasn't aware of reality that well. Her body was a mess of torn flesh and dried blood. How she actually looked, she had no idea, but she had a feeling it wasn't pretty. Her skin was probably more red than her hair.

At first she thought it was demons, but when she heard voices yelling for salt and demon traps, she tried to force her mind to focus.

It was them. They'd come. They'd showed, just like she had threatened. They were coming for all of them. She knew there were others. She'd heard their screams. Eventually she had blocked them out, she had to. Retreating into her own thoughts was the only way she could keep herself sane.

Soon enough she was pretty sure they were in the same room as her, someone was yelling for salt lines and demon traps. Were there any demons in the room with her? Probably. They did seem to be everywhere.

She couldn't tilt her head to move. It would pull her skin, and bring on new and stronger pain in more areas.

Ron didn't much care about the demons that everyone else appeared to be battling off. The way it looked to him, most everyone had the situation under control. He'd cast a hex or two here and there, but Ron only played his part until he had the opportunity to break away from the group and go searching on his own. Likely the stupidest plan he could have ever had, but could one blame him? His future daughter was out there. Trapped and hurting; possibly even dead. If anyone actually expected for Ron to keep the order and stay with everyone else, they had another thing coming to them. He was stubborn, he was impatient, and he was downright terrified. Ron was also a Weasley. They didn't stand around and let people get in their way. They fought for their family, no matter how dangerous and impossible the chances of survival were. It was also probably why he was a Gryffindor. Bravery and all, even if it was foolishly used.

Once Ron got a good idea of where the others were being trapped, he tore his way through the building. It took some digging around, the help of some of the others included of course, but Ron eventually reached a door that hadn't been torn through as of yet. Spotting a demon guarding the area outside, Ron pulled up his bottle of holy water and hurled some of the liquid into the face of the creature in his way. It howled in agony, clutching at it's face as it tried to ease the pain Ron had caused it.

Ron certainly was no genius with the exorcisms. He had a quarter of the incantation memorized at best, which was why Ron chose to drive the demon back as best as he could before ducking in the room that he'd been aiming for. Before the demon had a chance at joining Ron inside, he dropped the small container of rock salt that he'd been carrying with him and began to pour it along the doorway to contain himself safely inside. Except...as he turned, he realized that he wasn't safely inside.

Another demon had been standing guard. And behind him, lay an almost unrecognizable form. Almost.

"Rose!" Ron darted for her, only finding himself cut off by the demon within a matter of seconds. Furrowing his brow, Ron took a step back and raised his wand. Several stunning spells were fired, but they weren't enough to keep the demon completely at bay. No, Ron had to do more than that. He dropped down, pulled out a crumpled sheet of paper from his pocket, and began to read from it as quickly as he could. "Exorcizamus te, om...omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas...."

When she heard her name, she hard to turn, because she knew that voice. She knew that voice all too well, because she often heard that voice say her name, in my different tones as far back as she could remember. Her forced herself to turn her neck then, despite the pulling of her torn skin. She swallowed hard, biting back the pain. She didn't have an tears left at this point. "Dad?" her vision was blurry, but it was him, she knew that figure. For a brief moment, she saw her father. The older one, the one she fought with all the time, but was always close to.

For a moment, she tried to smile. Then she became more aware. It was her dad, but it was her teenage dad. And there was a demon. She noted the demons movement, and recognized it. He'd been hit with a spell, but it was only slowing him down.

Her eyes flicked to Ron, she saw the paper, heard the words. If she hadn't felt the fear rising again, she would have rolled her eyes. He didn't know the exorcism yet. She hadn't been able to teach all of it to him. Why was he here alone? Where were the others? Of course, he'd left them. How Gryffindor of him.

Though, as much as it annoyed her, she'd probably do the same if it came down to saving one of her own. He needed her help. Somehow, she had to help him.

Focusing on the demon, she began again. He'd get the picture, all he had to do was hold him off. "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus," she spoke as loudly as she could, but it wasn't that loud, her voice was shot. She did, however, mean every word, with as much concentration as she could give. "omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio, infernalis adversarii, omnis legio..." once she got started, the words just came to her, and she didn't stop.

It came as nothing short of a relief when Ron suddenly heard Rose's strangled voice chanting out the exorcism from the opposite side of the room. Not only because she was ultimately saving both of them with all of the Latin chanting that he had been unable to memorize himself, but because it was a verification for him. Rose was alive. That bastard hadnn't offed her yet and he wasn't going to give him a chance at it now that he was here to protect her. Determined, Ron shoved the wrinkled mass of paper into his pocket and raised his wand once more. The demon looked downright mortified now that Rose was starting on with the exorcism instead of him. It was more consistent. Fluent. Quicker.

That might've pissed it off, though. The demon reared forward, arms reaching for Rose desperately. Ron didn't let it get close enough to try; he hexed it enough to send the monster reeling back a few steps. The motion was repeated a few times over. He wouldn't let the thing anywhere near his - he wouldn't let it near Rose.

It didn't seem like he had to put in a terribly large amount of hexing before the demon began to clutch at it's throat. Watching warily, Ron lowered his wand. It gagged, fell to it's knees, and continued to choke until a black smoked streamed out of it's mouth. The body that the demon had been possessing momentarily remained suspended; it was a loose, empty thing, completely void of life in every way possible now that it's puppet master had been sent away. Then the body collapsed, leaving both Ron and Rose alone for the first time since he had entered the room.

He certainly didn't waste any time. Pointing his wand at the bounds that kept Rose to the table she was on, Ron broke them apart and ran to the table without question.

He immediately winced when he saw how much blood there was. Red. Everywhere. "Bloody hell..." No, that didn't even begin to cover it. Anger snapped across his face like a whip and Ron turned to glare across the room, almost as though he were searching for Alastair himself. He was going to kill him. He was going to rip that sorry excuse of a demon apart until there was nothing left, he was going to -

His gaze turned back to Rose. No, he couldn't go after him. He had to take care of his daughter. She looked completely awful. Blood everywhere, gashes all over the sodding place. If he didn't get her out of here soon, chances were that him finding her wouldn't make a difference. He had to save her. Just like she had just saved him.

"Can you move?" Ron asked, already knowing the answer to his own question. He needed to hear her speak. He needed to make sure that she was still Rose, as little as the exorcism had been worth. "Are you -" He cut himself short, looking down at her with wide eyes. "I'm gonna get you outta here, all right?"

When she was done saying the exorcism, she fell silent. He'd kept the demon from her, kept her as safe as he could, like he always did. She knew the demon was gone when the body hit the floor. The human was probably long dead. But at least the demon was back in hell. And it had failed, so now it was his turn to be torn apart.

Bloody hell, her lips twitched into a slight smirk. "Literally." she said, her voice little more than a whisper. She had to be out of it, the idea of 'bloody hell' making her almost laugh. Or maybe it was the intense relief to see one of the demons go down, and to see a familiar red head at last.

Opening her eyes when he asked if she could more, she just gazed at him, eyes slightly glazed over. She wasn't moving anywhere. The twitch of her face to smirk had even hurt. How he planned on getting her out, she didn't know. Unless he planned on transfiguring some sort of stretcher. He couldn't left her, for more than one reason. An important one being he needed his hands free to fight just in case there were more demons. Though she had no idea what was going on out there.

She didn't see how. But she wanted out of there more than anything. So she was just going to have to trust the younger version of her dad.

"You came alone." she pointed out, looking around her. She'd point out how dumb that was too, but she couldn't be bothered. For once she was happy he'd done it. She wanted out, she needed out, and he'd come for her.

She closed her eyes again, lifting her hand just slightly now that she could move them. The whole movement hurt, and she stopped herself from reaching out toward him, because she knew she was pretty terrible looking right now. "I told him you'd come for me." she said, her words starting to slur just slightly, "Told 'em you'd see them all t'hell. Idiot didn' listen..." of course he had come, he had to. He would, she had known it. Because that was what dads did. Or that was what a Weasley Dad did.

That was what her dad did.

It was so troubling, seeing Rose like this. Ron could not, by any means, conclude that he was exactly her father. He didn't raise her, he didn't have all those memories of her growing up, he didn't know Rose as well as a father should know their daughter. Yet there was an undeniable attachment to the girl that he found he had developed since he had arrived here. The way she looked a cross between himself and Hermione, the way every time he looked at her he saw a bit of a future that he was beginning to realize he wanted. Not to mention the fact that, all in all, Rose was turning out to be quite brilliant. He'd taken it upon himself to avoid her less and interact with the girl a bit more, which had turned out to be surprisingly pleasing. As much as he may have denied it in the beginning, Rose was part of his family now. It was his duty to protect her. If that meant recklessly tearing his way through a building of psychotic nutjobs, then so be it. It wasn't like it would have been the first time Ron would have done so for something or someone that he had cared about.

Still, he felt ill looking at her like this. Ron paled considerably, a hand uncertainly reaching out to push some of the hair that had been plastered to the side of her face with dried blood. She was a downright mess and that didn't even begin to cover it. Swallowing hard, Ron looked down, shuffling from one foot to the other almost as if he had no idea as to what it was that he was supposed to be doing right now. He didn't. He could barely breathe seeing Rose like this - it felt like some invisible force had reached into his chest and wrapped itself around his heart, squeezing it; strangling it. The sting at his eyes countered the feeling immediately and Ron had to do all that he could to ensure that he would not begin crying in front of this girl who, for some bizarre reason, was depending on him to get her out of there alive.

Blinking, Ron forced a smile. "Didn't take much interest in partying around with the rest of them," he expressed, shoulders rising awkwardly as he shrugged. "Thought I'd...get a head start." Rather, he couldn't wait for everyone else. Nor would he when the life of someone he cared for was in danger. Clearing his throat uncomfortably, Ron forced himself to look away from her wounds. All that blood. Merlin, he'd never seen so much blood on a person that he cared about. He turned away, raising a hand to brush over his faces briefly, before he found a long, wide cart situated at the corner of the room. It was covered with various bloodied pieces of metal. Ron didn't know what they all were - objects like these were foreign to him. Muggle, he imagined. Hermione and Harry would have been able to figure them far easier than he could have. Yet, despite that, he was able to recognize that they were what the demon must have used on Rose. Blood everywhere, dripping all onto the floor. Anger snapped within him once again, twisting into those feelings of pure horror and dread that he'd been battling as it were.

Lifting his wand, Ron muttered a spell and cleaned the blood away. There would be no traces of Rose's torture here for the demon to bask over. He had already taken enough of her blood. Pulling the cart back, he physically dragged the device back to where Rose was laying and straightened it out. It wasn't quite as long as the table that she was spread out on top of, but it was definitely long and wide enough for her to fit onto. He would get her out safely on this. Then, if someone else already had not beaten him to it, Ron would personally return to the building in search for Alastair. No one messed with a Weasley and got away with it. No one.

"Right, I'm gonna...I'm gonna move you." He began, looking to Rose again with that feeling of uncertainty.

A head start, yeah, that sounded like him. He wasn't her dad, at least not really, but she could see flashes and pieces of the man he was going to become. A complete pain in her ass and sometimes one of her best friends when they weren't arguing over something. Since being sorted Rose had changed a lot. But she still had memories. Learning to fly, going to Canon games, both of them inching away when there was a spider too near.

He moved somewhere, she wasn't sure where. It wasn't until she heard him moving that she knew he was still in the room. Sitting up to make sure he wasn't actually gone wasn't an option. She would if she could, but it wasn't happening. And then he was back. Moving her where? How? The more she started to question herself the more tired she became. Right. Who cared how, teenager or not, Ron wasn't about to try and pull something that was going to hurt her more.

Opening her eyes again, her mothers eyes really, she looked up at did her best to smile. It was probably terrifying, but she couldn't help her current condition. He was going to move her, it was probably going to hurt like hell no matter how he managed to pull it off. She was just going to have to suck it up. "Do what you have to." she muttered, Just get me out of here. If there was anything she ever wanted the most in life, it was to be out of this...where ever this was, and then never look at the place again.

"Please." she said a little more deserately. "Just get me out of here." and how long would she take to heal? How long would she be a giant open cut? There was Healers like at home here. At least not that she knew of.

And had someone caught Alastair yet? She wanted him dead. She'd never wished so much harm on any one person in her life. Not even James when she was trying to hex his backside off. She wanted him dead, and gone. Unable to touch anyone else. Were they going to be able to pull that off? Was there enough people here to pull that off? What if it was too much? What if Alastair came back with more demons, or was able to finish them? What if he came back here? "Before he comes back."

She was still not screaming, but it was now not because she was willing herself not to scream, she wanted to now. Now she was not screaming because the pain was so much that she couldn't scream. The poison that had been put into her body was causing every bit of her body to ache. She felt as though she were being crushed on all sides by giants. He had made cuts in her body, wanting to see if things in the body of someone with some god blood was different. The cuts actually helped a bit when they were first made, but the poison had been allowed to spread again.

Tears were coming down the side of her face as she began losing hope of seeing Archie again. Or even any of her friends. They would have to go to the Elysian Fields if they ever wanted to see her again. Not only that, but without her, the prophecy would be broken and Kronos would kill her friends. Would kill Archie.

He wasn't sure if it was still day one or several days had passed. The pain that Alastair inflicted was the worst he'd ever been put through in his life. Somewhere his mind had shut down to keep from giving his torturer what he wanted. He could hear the screams of others taken, wondering who the demons had managed to snatch up along with him. He would've bet they were more like him, not where they were supposed to be. That had piqued the demon's interest.

It had gotten hard not to scream. He was worn down, physically and mentally, from fighting and getting nowhere. Eliot's training had prepared him to take the pain he'd come up against but everyone had a limit on what they could take. It looked like he was finally going to see what his was.

Other voices pushed through the mental fog that had settled in, the haze that blurred the pain and made it more bearable until he started in again. As they became sharper, clearer, Eliot realized it wasn't just talking. Devil's traps, salt lines, exorcisms, fighting.

His body protested as he turned his head, trying to get a better look. At least one of the wounds reopened with the movement, mixing with dried blood, but it was worth it. It looked like the calvary had arrived.

Romana had used her gun, more than once actually, She'd gone all out and fired rounds into the legs of the demons usually, putting them down, getting them out of the game without injuring the human more than could be helped. The rock salt in the rounds though?. The demons didn't like that at all.

She had followed the plan to the letter with the others, trapping and laying salt lines, but the back of the battle seemed to have broken and the Time Lady was looking for surrvivors. She assumed everyone else was doing the same thing, and moved with the stealth of someone who had done this before. And she had, demons were less terrifying to her than Daleks, not that she wanted to end up possessed of course. But tactics that had worked in the time war were working here and she turned the corner into a room, a torture chamber if anything.

A man lay tied down still and as his head turned toward her she gasped moving across quickly, she hadn't realised right away who it was but she realised now. It was a friend. It was Elliot.

"By Rassilon" she said by habit and chided herself for giving in to said habit, there were more important things than calling on dictators, especially now.

Tilting the gun up Romana reached for her sonic screwdriver pointing it at the fastenings holding him down. After a few seconds of blue light it opened, then another, and another until he was free.

"Can you walk unaided?" she asked softly, wiping some of the dried blood away with her sleeve.

His saving grace was a Time Lady with a gun. A familiar face. He breathed a sigh of relief, lowering his head back to the table. From her reaction, it was probably safe to say he looked as bad as he was feeling. "You're a sight for sore eyes," he muttered wearily.

The sudden appearence of blue in his peripheral vision drew his attention back. He turned his head again, wincing, watching as the thing she was holding opened what was pinning his wrist down. It wasn't long before he was free to get up off the table.

The room started to tilt, blood loss catching up with him as he fought to sit upright, relying on stubborn determination and pride. "I can walk," he murmured, his voice hoarse. Palms flat on the table, he shifted to bring his legs over the edge of the table. His arms trembled from exhaustion. "I just need a minute."

"Don't mention it" she said about the compliment, "We're going to get out of this place now" she told him as he sat up, still weak from bloodloss and pain. What had the monster done to him?. She hoped they got him, took him down whatever it took. Anyone who could do this. She didn't even think the Master would lend himself to that much cruelty. She looked across at him worriedly, he would hopefully be able to walk, if he could she could fight and help him. She'd find a way.

"Claire is outside and it appears she can heal. So we get you to her and she can deal with your wounds, until then lean on me. I can help you"

The time he needed to get himself focused enough to walk, he got, Romana replaced her sonic screwdriver in her coat and aimed the gun again toward the door, looking ready to defend her friend if she needed to.

"That'd be appreciated." He doubted that Romana was going to let him fulfill his need to go after Alastair in retribution. He knew that it was a stupid move, going up against a powerful demon when he wasn't even sure he could stand up on his own. But he was pissed and he wanted nothing more than to kick that son of a bitch as hard as he could.

Eliot nodded once and stared at the floor. With effort, he pushed forward, moving off the table to stand on his own. Unfortunately, his grim determination to move on his own wasn't shared by his body. His knees started to buckle from exhaustion and pain. The quick movement to regain his balance against the table brought on a new wave of pain, which frustrated him further. A moment passed and he stepped away from the table.

"I'd love to rearrange that son of a bitch's face," he muttered, taking another shaky step. After another, he winced. "Pardon my language."

"Good" she said simply, moving herself to a position where she could aid him if he needed it and her gun to a more appropriate position if she had to grab him at short notice, or jump in front of him if she had to, Truth was, she regenerated, he did not. Therefore his life had priority over her fourth one. It was only fair.

"I understand, there are those I would feel the same about. The things he did to you were unmentionable and you deserve revenge. But you can barely stand, it wouldn't be prudent to attack him now"

She smiled slightly as they left the room more amused than offended by the language, Leela had done similar in her own language many a time on Gallifrey.

"Don't worry, its not offensive to me, now let me help you...once you get to a healer I will feel decidedly more comfortable."

She was right and he knew it. He knew well enough himself that he wasn't in any shape to go after the demon, or any of his asshole followers, but he was angry enough that it was hard to follow that logic. But in deference to her for finally letting him loose, he didn't protest, only nodded once, scowling.

"Someone better," he murmured quietly. Her offer to assist him was appreciated but he needed to walk as far as he could on his own. Not knowing how big the place was, it was possible he was going to be taking her up on that offer.

There was a faint smile as she reassured him about his language, gone as quick as it had come. After another moment of silence, he said quietly, "Thanks."

It was beginning to look bad for the demon. His 'allies' were being taken down, the humans were fighting their way deeper and deeper into the warehouse, and people were starting to be retrieved from the various rooms that he had them scattered within. Alastair didn't mind that the people he had been tortured were being taken; he was done with them, for now. It was the simple matter of getting his hands on the others that was turning into a complication. When did they get so strong? How did they all know how to fight so well? Who taught them the old demon hunting tricks? It bothered Alastair to think that these people were actually going to be able to escape his clutches.

Rather than waiting patiently for the humans to come to him, Alastair decided that it was time to reverse the situation. With nothing more than his most favored knife on hand, the Alastair strode out into the fight, shoving several of his own demons aside as he began searching for the one that he needed to cut down.

Every team had a leader. One strong point that needed to be broken. That was all that it would take.

She'd sent one demon flying into a wall and was about to go after it, when she it. Him. It. It was more appropriate. Buffy stopped in her tracks, her face hard as she looked at Alastair. Well, he wasn't running. That had to say one thing about him. The knife in his hands, and as far as she could tell, there wasn't another on his person.

She was getting just a little bit tired now. The split on her lip was going to be annoying later. But this was it, the one they needed to find the most. The Slayer glanced around her, noting the status on as many of the team as she could. They were doing their job. Some were holding their own, some were just kicking ass. Though she noted, some, without the team, would have been in a whole lot of trouble against only one or two demons.

They'd all work on that later.

Turning her head back to Alastair, she started toward him. The urge to simply take off his head was strong. Really, really, strong, but that wasn't going to be any good. No, she'd prove them all wrong. She'd take them down.

"Needy!" Buffy called over her shoulder. She wasn't stupid, she might be able to fight him alone. Maybe, but someone else was going to increase her chances. Needy wasn't trained, but she was strong, she could learn, and she probably owed Alastair a few punches.

Needy had just shoved a demon towards a trap when she heard Buffy yell her name. She looked over quickly, eyes narrowing as soon as she saw Alastair moving in. If there was anyone that Needy wanted to hit, it was him.

Almost without thinking she moved quickly to where Buffy was, never taking her eyes off of the demon that tortured her. If Buffy hadn't told her he was coming Needy would have joined in as soon as she saw him anyway, or she would have been pissed if she missed him.

"Hey, Al," she said, a wicked smirk spreading across her lips. "Did you miss me?" It was stupid to taunt him, somewhere in the back of her mind Needy knew this, but she just couldn't really help it.

Damien had not been enjoying this at all. Of course, no one in their right mind would even consider the idea of being tortured, a good time. He just wanted out. He'd tried to take a swing at him once, but the demon only seemed to like that even more. He'd been tormented against the wall or on a slab, and it was likely for there to be a third option soon. And those blades, those various tools.. they hurt him, every time they went in, every twist and turn. Some parts of him had healed now and yet he still felt the lingering pain.

He was tied by leather straps, tied to the bars of his cage, arms open as though to expect a sort of hug. Seemed that it was more effective than cuffs or shackles, since he could probably open locks himself. His knuckles were still bloody, bruises and cuts along his back, the red seeping through his clothes. Cuts on his front torso, along his torn pant legs, they equally pained him. His ankles, neck, wrists, and waist were tied to the bars as he faced out against them. He could hardly even move. He'd make a window break if he could. Or if there was a boiler, just using his talent to make it explode, making the whole place go up in flames and... no. Wait, he wasn't alone. That would take himself out in his position, and all the others being worked on as well. And there probably wasn't a boiler or gas outlet here anyway.

As he slowly opened his eyes, twitching as he felt his bruised face on a couple bars, he could swear he overheard footsteps. And shouting. And the sounds of a fight. But it was very faint, it was hard to tell if he was imagining it or not. He thoroughly hated the demons of this dimension, Alastair included. He might even include Lucifer in on that list too. Damien never thought he would be in that weakened position again. Didn't take long for him to lose those manners when under the knife. He had been tempted to taunt, Well damn, why don't you just crucify me while you're at it, but realized that Al just might be sadistic enough to take that literally. Damien coughed then, hearing something close. He hoped it was someone coming to rescue him. But he had doubts. More likely, it was Alastair coming back to play yet once again...

John was tied up in shackles to the slab. He had lost count of how many days or hours had passed since he woke up here. At least by Earth standards. He had a series of cuts on his body, his shirt torn open. He was.. still bleeding from a few of the wounds. Most that were made, they were instantly cauterized by fire. There were burn scars along his shoulder, left leg, abdomen, and left side of the face. And there it was. That red-hot poker, with the gleaming coals. Tongs with coals. A knife or two was also red with heat. Perhaps he should have done more to conceal his fear and weakness to fire and heat. But this demon might have found out anyway. He sort of blamed himself for this, he really should have taken more precautions.

He also probably should have escaped on his own. But he couldn't, in good conscience, just leave everyone else here to suffer at the hands of this madman. And there were others here, of that he was very certain. He could feel the minds in this lace, the torment, fears, anger.. almost like all of them at once and by now he had trouble telling them apart as they seemed to mix together in his perception. He usually could control that. But when he was tortured as well, he couldn't manage it. And he couldn't break his bonds. He couldn't phase through them, could not become as a transparent shade. Not when he was like this. Especially not with those coals nearby, where he could still feel the intense heat with them as close to him as they were.

And now he heard even more brain activity, very awake, and very much active in this place. Certainly not the victims. It was a greater jumbled mess all mixing together as one, warping his perception. There was determination, resolve. A bit of controlled anger. Exorcisms, traps, a bit of latin. He tried to focus and separate the thoughts intruding into him, but it was no avail. His gaping wound from the stomach certainly didn't help either, and that hot smoking coals and poker certainly wasn't going to simmer down anytime soon...
