She was right and he knew it. He knew well enough himself that he wasn't in any shape to go after the demon, or any of his asshole followers, but he was angry enough that it was hard to follow that logic. But in deference to her for finally letting him loose, he didn't protest, only nodded once, scowling.
"Someone better," he murmured quietly. Her offer to assist him was appreciated but he needed to walk as far as he could on his own. Not knowing how big the place was, it was possible he was going to be taking her up on that offer.
There was a faint smile as she reassured him about his language, gone as quick as it had come. After another moment of silence, he said quietly, "Thanks."
