Batman didn't mind being a part timer on the Justice League. Being a team player wasn't exactly his strongest suit. At least, not with people he hadn't trained. He didn't mind joining forces with Robin or Nightwing to take on crime. Even Batgirl when she had been more mobile than she was now. But Barbara still fought crime and for that, he was grateful. The Batcomputer was an amazing piece of hardware, but it lacked human instinct. Barbara, as Oracle, brought that to the table.
As Batman shifted gears in his Batmobile, he frowned when the instruments began growing odd and fuzzy. He tried to clear them up but nothing was working. He glanced up and slammed the brakes on when he saw the windshield was completely black. Batman tried to clear up the readings he was getting but they were still on the fritz. He frowned and hit a few buttons.
"Oracle, can you hear me? Watchtower, this is Batman, do you read?" He kept trying to reach them but only got static. That wasn't good. He glanced out the window and realized he was once more in a city. But it certainly wasn't Gotham. "GPS location."
"Unable to connect to Wayne Tech Satellites."
Batman frowned. That could only happen if he was no longer on his Earth but an alternate one. Now it just became a question of how he got here and how he could get back. But for now, he needed to get his Batmobile out of sight so no one saw it. Shifting it back into gear, he drove a short distance away and found a secured storage facility. He easily cracked the code to get in, modified the records to show that the storage room he chose was rented, and parked his vehicle inside it. Adding a few more specialized high tech locks to the door, he started for the rooftops so he could try to get his bearings on where he was.
