Batman listened to Nightwing, letting his face remain impassive. Really, a gargoyle at times had more facial expressions than Batman did. It was clear from how Nightwing said apocalypse that he wasn't referring to the planet and Darkseid. Which made this a version of Earth. Which one, he didn't know. Still, he'd dealt with the strange and magical in his tenure as a crime fighter and as a member of the Justice League.
"Any idea on which version of Earth we're dealing with?" he asked. He turned and looked at his former protege. He looked tense. Not a good thing to be when one was up several stories from the ground. But he said nothing on that. For now.
"Safe to assume that there's no real version of us in this particular reality, is there?" After all, unless this world's Bruce Wayne had different passcodes to satellites, he still should have been able to access any Wayne Tech satellite. The passcodes were always the same. The date of his parents' deaths.
"Time to go further in depth to what's going on Nightwing."
