No More Songs, a Panfandom RPG set in Westeros.


Everyone wants out of their life at some time or another, and idle wish or a strong one that lingers in their thoughts everyday. Only, most people aren't too specific as to where that "out" goes.

Most people don't realise how deeply they're tempting fate.

You wake up one morning, and you are out. Only, by most accounts out of your mind might have been a kinder fate than trading your world for that of Westeros and Essos. How you arrived isn't immediately clear, but your clothes are the same as you last wore, and for the most part your possessions that of which you last had on you, though anything electrical is soon doomed to failure, by lack of battery power if nothing else, and this is certainly further away than the roaming on your cell phone if you have one, goes.

There's a Maester standing by with some books for you to read if you have a care, and a magical hand held mirror, a few coppers and silvers, a map of the continent and Essos and perhaps most importantly, a dagger for you, if you landed in Westeros.

If you landed in Essos? Hope that you woke up before someone steals all of the above and leaves you even more clueless than before. And that the hoards do not find you. Or the slave traders. The good news is, if someone stole the mirror, it will come back to you in short time. The bad news is, it's more than one way, and you can't get rid of it.

The Stranger, one of the Gods of the Seven, has been pulling people in to the world from all over, without care or mind for their ability to survive, or with whom they are put. Who you meet at your starting point, or along the way, is more luck and chance than planning, but you cannot stay by yourself and expect to live too long.

After all, Winter is coming and
when the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives.

One minute you're minding your own business, going through the motions of a typical day. You walk through a door and...and nothing will ever be the same again. It takes only a moment to realise you're in the lobby of a luxury hotel. The question more important than 'how' is 'why'. There's a man standing behind a counter, and he's holding a bag with your name embroidered in fancy script...

The man gives you the bag (which is bigger on the inside), and he sends you on your way. You're on your own, in a strange new world where the dead walk the streets. Will you join with the others thrust into this desolate world, or will you try to forge your own way? Where you end up is entirely up to you.

Walking Mods is a pan fandom/OC friendly zombie apocalypse setting. Loosely based on AMC's The Walking Dead, Walking Mods is set in an original universe. Walking Mods has been created by dedicated mods, intent on creating a character driven, writing based environment. Mods will issue regular plot points and event challenges, and players/characters will be rewarded through a points system.

April really is the cruelest month. On April 1, 2013, a doctor in Hartford, Connecticut recorded the first case of a new strain of superflu, a virus that both dehydrated and asphyxiated the infected. Within a month, this “blue fever” had reached pandemic levels, killing nearly half of the world’s population. Chaos reigned.

It’s been two months since the outbreak and now only a handful of survivors remain, an unlucky few who are mysteriously immune to the plague. But the world has changed since March - there is no government, no community, and no technology that doesn’t operate on batteries. The remainders of humanity may be immune to the virus, but in a world where survival is a daily struggle, the virus was only the beginning...

[Contact List]		 This is the life you know very well. You live it every day. It's difficult, it's riddled with uncertainty, and it is filled with joy, love, pain and disappointment. But sometimes you have a feeling that this is not your life. It's a feeling that can't be explained, but you spend your life trying to explain it, trying to make sense of it.

Valar explores a duality embodied within each character. One version of the self exists in Orange County, living a life that seems ordinary, sounds ordinary, feels ordinary. The real self, whatever that might mean, exists only in a time and place which you are just starting to remember.

As characters grow and live and interact with each other, they embark on a journey to piece together fragments of their half-forgotten dreams. They have to come to terms with who they really are, and what this life means to them.
