Lord Voldemort fell to his demise on May 02, 1998 at the hands of The Boy-Who-Lived. Harry Potter and the rest of the wizarding world were left to clean up the mess that was left behind, but it all seemed worth it if that meant they were free of such a great and terrible wizard. Many of the Dark Lord's followers were found guilty and sentenced to spend time in Azkaban prison, and Kingsley Shacklebolt was appointed as the new Minister of Magic. He had hired Harry, Ron, and Neville shortly after the battle to help him in his pursuit to find the remainder of Voldemort's followers, and the dark era finally seemed as if it was coming to an end.

It is now 2001 and while the wizarding world is still struggling to pick up the pieces from the destruction that the war produced. People no longer have to live in fear of Voldemort targeting their family because they did not follow the Death Eater's regime, and they are free to live their every day lives as normal as possible for witches and wizards. They go to work and come home to their families, they're purchasing flats and no longer clutch their wands while they are alone. But their false sense of security is about to be turned upside down.

A dark force has begun to rise up into their midst, a dark force that no one saw coming. No one except for the one that made the prophecy so many years ago. He is coming from a foreign country, and the Death Eaters are starting to feel this new rush of power that is beginning to make their Marks more troublesome than they had been in the past few years. Will the Death Eaters concede to this new force that is slowly approaching in hopes of creating a new Dark Lord, or will they rebel against it? And will the supporters of the Order of the Phoenix fight back against them, or be forced into hiding? Only time will tell.

For years man has been evolving, quietly and subtly, on the periphery of human awareness. In recent years these evolutionary mutations have taken on more extravagant and dangerous forms, attracting the attention of homo-sapiens. The humans do not like what they see. To make matter worse, many of these mutants have turned to villainy, terrorizing the public and affirming the fear and hatred towards mutants harbored by human race. Reactionary measures have been taken, most notably in America and Great Britain, requiring mutants to register with the governments.

Mutant organizations, some for good and some for evil, have sprung up all over the planet. In response to the growing threat of super-powered villains, the American S.H.I.E.L.D. organization has taken the initiative to produce the first government sanctioned “super-hero” the Avengers. Meanwhile, despite mounting public distrust, philanthropist Charles Xavier continues his efforts towards peaceful mutant-human relations with his X-Men and his school for young mutants in Westchester, New York. At the Muir Island research facility a subsidiary of the X-Men team has been formed by geneticist Moira MacTaggert, calling itself Excalibur. In contrast to these “heroes” the mutant called Magneto, disillusioned with an intolerant majority, has built the island haven of Genosha and formed the “activist” Brotherhood of Mutants. More groups are formed all the time, from devious government factions to would-be champions. Many mutants choose no affiliation, fighting the system as lone rebels or staying hidden in the shadows. In this politically and socially precarious world, how will you choose to live your life?

Hello. I have a specific AU storyline in mind that I've been DYING to play.

Me: Zacky 'Vengeance' Baker is a patient in a psychiatric hospital called 'New Avalon' which setting is based in Estes Park, Colorado. Zacky has Paranoid Schizophrenia and is Committed into the hospital until the Doctors think he is well enough to go home. The hospital is world award winning, but from the inside its pretty corrupted. They do tests they shouldn't do, still use shock therapy, abuse the patients etc; so the patients don't get well, and they money keeps coming in. Zackys parents are rich and they didn't want to bother with him anymore so they dumped him in the hospital and let the doctors deal with him. Zacky doesn't like people touching him, and doesn't trust anyone at all. He tries to not make any eye-contact what-so-ever and hasn't ever been in a relationship.

You: Either Brian Haner Jr or Matt Sanders is a very violent criminal who murdered his entire family basically after years of abuse which royally messed with his head. Insted of pleading guilty and getting life in prison, Matt/Brian's lawyer pleaded instanity so he was sent to the hospital where he'd stay and be evaluated as to whether he was actually ill enough to stay and be treated. Matt/Brian is violent and full of hate, and doesn't trust anyone until he met the fragile shell of a boy named Zacky who changed his world.

They changed each others world, and they got better with each others help. Zacky learning to trust and look at people in the eye, and Matt/Brian leaning to actually love and be happy insted of being violent and terrified all his life. Of course, the hospital doesn't like it and its corrupted guards that take its crushed patients for granted in every single terrible way possible try to seperate the two boys, not caring at what cost it took.

Now, pretty much thats what I had in my mind, but I'm totally open for opinions and changes, except the characters. Everything else I'm open for. Any takers? And please, only rpers that write 4+ lines :)

In May 1945, Albus Dumbledore defeated Grindewald, the evilest and darkest wizard to date. One month later, Tom Riddle, the charismatic Head Boy of Hogwarts, left the castle for the last time.

Years later, the unthinkable happened. Tom Riddle, at the age of 40, became the youngest Minister for Magic ever. This young, attractive man with such an urbane nature invigorated the masses, and his induction into office brought upon the "Golden Age" of wizarding Britain. Or so the public thought.

Over the years, while Tom Riddle was ascending the ranks of the Ministry, he was also gathering his followers, followers who referred to him as Lord Voldemort and themselves Death Eaters, who were in awe of his patience and fortitude, and his plans for Britain. He would rule the wizarding world with an iron fist, purifying the race of wizards and expelling those who did not belong among the elite. But he knew in order to do so without attracting the attention of his critics, he would have to do it slyly. Slowly. And so he waited. Worked.

Death Eaters and Death Eater Supporters were slowly integrated into the Ministry. Lord Voldemort's closest followers were appointed to important positions throughout the Ministry. Supporters began to take spots that opened up in the Wizengamot. The public remained unaware, unskeptical of the people Tom Riddle appointed; to them, he could do no wrong. Things had been great for the wizarding world, and everyone attributed this fact to Minister Riddle.

In secret, Lord Voldemort and his Inner Circle were working on a secret project to rid the world of muggleborns. Not even his Outer Circle of Death Eaters knew about this secret project, and in 1980, when Tom Riddle followers took over 50% of the Wizengamot and therefore had the legal power to protect the Minister and his followers, he decided it was time to put his plans into action.

In August 1980, muggleborns began disappearing. Muggleborns that had done extremely well in school, or were highly respected, or held important places within the Ministry. However, it wasn't until the 31st of August when the Media and the people of Britain took notice - when four people went missing from their homes in a very unique way. Wizards in dark robes and masks broke into their homes and catching the occupants of each home unawares, kidnapped the muggleborns and disappeared into the night.

Causa Mortis is an AU MWPP game based in 1980. The question is how different would the world be if Tom Riddle took the political reins before he ever began his reign of terror on the wizarding world. There's no prophecy, no Order (yet!), and no way to tell what's going to happen. Game opens September 1 - so get your applications in early! Most Main Characters Available!

*You wake up to the smell of smoke.* When the bombs dropped in early 2008, it was expected that the virus would be eradicated. After all, nothing could survive the devastation of nuclear power. Nothing could possibly crawl up from the wreckage of a twisted land. That was how the United Nations justified their choice to Quarantine and abandon the United States of America – Canada and Mexico closed their borders, and the bomb was dropped. The virus burned hard under the nuclear autumn that followed, but it did not die. Nothing could stop the creatures that came out of the wasted hole of the Midwest – the Infected lived to hunt. Nothing could stop them. Or so it seemed to the rest of the world. *You wake up to lull of voices.* Seemingly abandoned by the rest of the world, the few who had sustained the blast began to band together. They found a common goal: Survive. Live, but not at any cost. To carry on with humanity intact, that was the only possible hope for the future of the Remaining States of America. Brought together under a vivacious leader, people crossed the country at great peril to come to New York, to live in the Salisbury Hotel. Safety was found in numbers, after all. And for a time, they lived in peace. Those who knew to fight, trained others. Those who could gather and hunt, they shared their skills. Gardens grew. The Infection was kept at bay. Hope for a cure began to whisper its way through the Compound. Caravans appeared on their last legs, praying for safe haven. But the seemingly idyllic landscape was bound to erupt again. the premise the guidelines the world the races the plots the taken and held PB's character directory the groups wanted characters application	Las Vegas, like the rest of the world, is still trying to pick up the pieces after the devastating world war which ended four years ago. The City is a jumbled mess but the Elari Corporation decided to lend a helping hand in order to save the city. What the city did not know was that behind those perfect tailored suits and those flashy smiles hide demons and vampires, therianthropes and witches. The Elari are not at all what they seem even if currently they're happy to hide that little fact from their human citizens. Of course though, it doesn't end there. The Raidan are yet another group who wish for control. Though the Raidan are not at all bothered with "keeping up appearances." The Raidan leaders have decided it is time that the humans know exactly what goes bump in the night and that it is time that they take their rightful place in the world. As the leaders, as Kings and Queens. The Watch don't really like that though. A mismatched group of do-gooders, of down trodden heroes, who just want to give the humans a chance at a real life rather than as slaves or pets to the Raidan or Elari. So, whose side do you choose? The Elari? The Raidan? The Watch? NEEDED: The Board of Directors for the Elari. Big ass demons who are in control! Another leader or two for the Raidan. Watch members are desperately wanted.

	Fact: 1 in 1,000 people has a natural immunity to the Fury Virus. That means in the world 6,706,999 people are immune. 30,382 in the US. 4,301 in Colorado. 2,506 in Denver... In July of 2012 a pathogen that came to be known as The Fury Virus was released by a cult of religious fanatics who believed they were destined to do so in order to bring about the apocalypse. Their goal was to purge the Earth of sinners, people unworthy to stand upon it. Only the righteous would remain, those that had earned their place in the new world. Everything did not go according to plan. The virus was uncontrollable. No continent, no country, no city was spared. The infection spread everywhere, mercilessly and indiscriminately killing saints and sinners alike . In the end, only a small percentage of people were left alive, but they were not the righteous. They'd simply won the genetic lottery, blessed with immunity and cursed with the burden of watching the world fall apart around them. Then there were the others, another small percentage of the population, who didn't die from the virus. They were changed though. Changed into beings made up purely of madness and rage. They killed without thought or hesitation. Those that survived the virus without succumbing to madness were now forced to fight for the lives they were trying to rebuild. The creatures, those that were changed, were called Eaters, due to their insatiable appetite for living flesh. One group of survivors made the drive up Mount Evans, to the University of Denver's Meyer-Womble Observatory, away from the packs of Eaters that roamed the cities and the plain. There, they started a new life, building a new home known as Haven. For the last eight months, they've worked tirelessly, building walls to keep their new home safe. What they can't make or grow on their own, they raid from the mostly empty city of Denver. The Eaters still come, roving bands looking for flesh to sate their hunger. The residents of Haven must fight for their lives and work together to survive.

[Wands] is a post-Deathly Hallows game set in 2003. It takes place at St. Mungo's and in the homes and social lives of those who work with the hospital. [Wands] is epilogue compliant.

[Wands] is tonally based on the popular series [Scrubs]. It has a balance of drama with wacky, off-beat comedy. Characters may be tripping on a potion-gone-wrong in one story line, while dealing with the death of a friend in another. Characters are well rounded human beings with a quirk or two that make them interesting, fun people. [Wands] is not a crossover.

For 400 Years Wizards Have Ruled Great Britian A time of great jubilee is coming as Wizarding England prepares for the greatest celebration since King Lucius's corrination. Not only is it the quadcentenial of wizarding rule, but Prince Draco's wedding to Lady Parkinson will fall during the festivities. The tabloids are having a field day, reporting every little detail they can, not only about the couple, but it seems no noble or quidditch star is safe now, and if they can't find dirt, they simply make it up. Of course, there are still secrets to be uncovered. The son of the Progressive leader has a secret wedding and pregnant wife. A member of the royal line has ruthless plans to put himself on top at any cost. A scandal has a popular quidditch player in the hospital after a suicide attempt. Present day Aiode Falls, Maine is home to many residents from all over the globe. And Universe. The little college town is growing, and becoming home to more and more people all the time. Some of them have no idea how they came to arrive, and some can never go home. As the University gets darker with new arrivals harboring less than happy intentions, so does the city. It is now home to metahumans, vampires, humans, demons, ghosts, aliens and even celestial beings. All of them with defined morals (or none, for that matter) and each with an allegiance. 	P · R · E · M · I · S · E nineoneone is an RPG encompassing all medical, emergency, crime, and superhero fandoms. The setting for the game is present-day New York City, and canon and original characters are equally welcome. There is no central, overarching plot. Rather, players are encouraged to come up with their own crimes to investigate and emergencies to respond to, either by borrowing plot lines from crime fandoms they particularly love, ripping them from the headlines, or inventing a storyline of their own.
