It’s been one year since the events of Breaking Dawn. Everything’s been quiet and uneventful. The Cullens still reside in Forks, and the treaty between the wolves and them remains strong. Jacob and Sam are still Alphas in separate packs, with Leah, Seth, Quil and Embry in Jacob’s pack. It looks like things have finally settled down nicely. But what they don’t know is that the Volturi isn’t planning on backing down just yet. Aro wants his hands on Alice, Bella, Edward and even little Renesmee. But they have to be very careful. They won’t tolerate any more mistakes. So what will happen? Will it be the end of the Cullens or will they once again leave victorious? After Dawn is a post-Breaking Dawn roleplaying game which will focus on writing the events that will follow after the ending of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. |

O T H E R S . They walk among us, OBSERVING. In the beginning, there were only the humans, and, amongst them, a cursed woman. She was a good woman, pure and kind, but wherever she went, misfortune followed her. Whenever she lit a candle, it went out. If she petted a puppy, it died. If she fed a bird from her hand, the bird would fall from it, dead. Children died in the houses she visited, and the power of her curse opened a Vortext of Damnation around her. With it came the first forces of Darkness. Warriors of the Light rose up to fight the darkness, and thus began the battle between the Light and the Dark. [Read More] |

Poor little Alice. All she really wanted to do was get the hell out of Wonderland. Unfortunately, the Queen of Hearts, also known as Queen Redd, had other ideas...which is why poor little Alice is presently languishing in a prison chamber that no one has managed to find, where she is slowly going mad. Queen Redd, having basically taken over Wonderland, lured its most famous visitor back and locked her away, reasoning that with Alice in confinement, no one stood a chance of thwarting her. In the palace of the Queen of Hearts is a long, sumptuous corridor lined with mirrors, so that the Queen may admire herself from every angle as often as she likes. To construct this corridor, she laid claim to every mirror in Wonderland...each of which has its own special magical property. The White Rabbit and the Caterpillar, desperate to find some way to rescue Alice and restore Wonderland to its usual chaotic but peaceful glory, began to put these magic mirrors to their own use. Among them is a mirror of their own creation, the Mirror of Erised. It was through these mirrors that different individuals were called from different lands, times, even worlds - all summoned to a Wonderland that none of them could ever have imagined. The Queen of Hearts was initially furious, but the Rabbit and Caterpillar disguised their true intentions by explaining that the visitors were summoned for the Queen's own amusement. She could entertain herself by watching them muddle through a specially created 'subsection' of Wonderland, also called Erised, trying to understand where they were and how to escape, while dealing with the existence of the other people who were also there. Some of them look the same; some have similar powers; all are equally bewildered. And all are needed to break Alice from her place of confinement and save Wonderland. But be warned. Though this is a Wonderland gone horribly wrong, it is Wonderland nonetheless, and things here are not always what they should be. Certain powers may prove restricted. Certain weapons may prove to sometimes be completely useless; will you shoot that minion of the Queen? Your gun might fire bullets...or it might fire bubbles, or flowers, or fish. Who can you trust in this madcap world? What is real? Every character retains his or her memories of their own lives and personalities and so on, but none remember falling through the mirrors. They have no recollection of the Queen's mirrored hall, or how they came to Erised. Each simply wakes up in his or her bed at the Halfway House - so named because it's halfway between sanity and madness. From there, it's up to them whether they can join forces with the other players and determine what their purpose is, and how to survive in a world where nothing's quite right...without losing their minds. Occasionally they will meet other characters. The White Rabbit and the Caterpillar, and the Cheshire Cat - they know of the residents of Erised. After all, they chose them to be their champions. But can the visitors to Erised, the unwilling heroes of this tale, bring themselves to trust, and to believe? |

“ . . . All that was left in Pandora’s box was hope.” During the 21st century, a global pandemic swept over the world. They dubbed it the “Pandora virus,” or PV for short, because of its devastating nature. The virus tore through the world’s population. It killed almost one-third of humanity in its first month alone. Countries everywhere grew panicked, believing it to be a work of biological terrorism. Nation stood against nation, and a worldwide war began. Much of earth was laid to waste within just a handful of months by the combined effects of nuclear war and the Pandora virus. Survivors immune to the virus found the world uninhabitable, and many of them perished due to radiation poisoning or famine. |

Do they die, forsaken, alone? Or do they remain, still wandering the world, immortal, surviving off what little belief they can gather? Forgotten Gods follows the lives of these old deities, brought to America long ago by explorers or immigrants from their homelands and eventually abandoned or lost from memory. As their worshippers moved on to new religions, the gods' powers waned - for a god, at its most pure essence, is no more than an idea, and an idea is worthless if there is nobody to believe in it. Some have passed, forgotten, from the world, while others have fallen into madness. Some have simply tried to adapt, to make a life for themselves in this place without gods, getting by on what little scraps of worship and belief they can garner. Others are more radical, attempting to regain the power that was once theirs, to revive their followings. And then there are the New Gods. Gods of cars and computers, television and radio, cities and highways, all those things that modern Americans put their faith in. They are young, at the height of their power. These newcomers are regarded dismissively by some of the older gods, who have seen so many new deities rise and fall in their time; jealously by others, who wish to reclaim the power for their own; and by all with a deep wariness. Inspired by the world of Neil Gaiman's American Gods, this game invites players to step into the roles of deities, old and new, to create their own modern mythology. |

"….Voldemort's powerful now. You don't know who his supporters are, you don't know who's working for him and who isn't; you know he can control people so that they do terrible things without being able stop themselves. You're scared for yourself, and your family, and your friends. Every week, news comes of more deaths, more disappearances, more torturing … The Ministry of Magic's in disarray, they don't know what to do, they're trying to keep everything hidden from the Muggles, but meanwhile, Muggles are dying too. Terror everywhere … panic … confusion …" Across Europe the Wizarding Community lies in fear. Voldemort and his followers are on the rise, leaving behind a reign of terror in their wake. As his numbers increase, Wizards begins to grow more uneasy, increasingly choosing to fall prey to his Empire, out of fear, unwilling to stand up and fight. In spite of the increasing danger, a small group of vigilante Wizards have begun a rebellion, daring to do what the Ministry fears to do; fight. The Order of the Phoenix is slowly growing into a force to be reckoned with, threatening not only Voldemort, but the Ministry itself. Change is on the brink for the students of Hogwarts. No longer will they be safe behind the confines of the castle, unaware to the real dangers of the world. They will soon be forced to make their own loyalties known; a decision that will affect not only the rest of their lives, but the entire Wizarding World. Amongst the darkness, these students are potentially the light needed to give the Order the man power to take on Voldemort’s forces. As both sides fight to gain support, one question lies: which side do you choose? | ||

SIT-COMICAL: as seen on tv |
In a suburban community in a nameless city in a nameless state, people wake up every morning with their hair perfectly combed. They sometimes drink from empty cups. They deliver witty one-liners. Every problem they ever have can be resolved in 30 minutes, or in a very special one-hour episode. Everyone who lives in this community is a sit-com character reborn. They are not aware of this, of course. There is no laugh track playing in the background of their days, no mood music and no set lighting. For these people, the world around them, their neighbors, and their selves are as real as anything. But we know better. We have seen them in prime time. We'd know them anywhere. |
