The year is 2001 and Voldemort has been dead for a long time. Peace has filled the land! Conflicts have not however, disappeared. Romance and love has ensued and so has disagreements and strong dislike for one another. Relationships are being formed and life is still difficult, if not in the same way as it was during the war. Some friendships and relationships are flourishing while some look awful. Some are just forming and some are purely for the sake of pleasure. There are good guys and bad guys and strong personalities are effecting everyone around them. People are in love as well as jealous and people are starting to use and lie to others when needed. Love isn't all sunshine and daisies. The game welcomes in character drama. Character plots and development as well as writing what you want for fun is a reason for this game. We like canon relationships, and canon facts are valid from books 1-7. Characters are still dealing with losses during the war as well as dramatic changing. What kind of person will your character be in this game? Scrumping has lots of activity and interaction going on, and we'd love for some new characters to jump in! We've removed some inactive characters after a recent activity check and we need some spots filled with ACTIVE PEOPLE stat! We aren't a game that takes ourselves TOO seriously. While we do love canon, we also just want to have fun, so check us out. We have players that are willing to interact and plot all the time.

Running since July 7th, 2007, Wands and Order is an incredibly active RP, centering mostly around the Ministry and the Magical world's criminal dealings. Think elements of the West Wing and Law and Order mixed with the absolute insanity of the Wizarding government. Currently we're looking for characters of all shapes and sizes, though we absolutely desire Lee Jordan, Ron Weasley, and Alicia Spinnet, but of course, ANYONE is welcome!

Beyond the Ring


Welcome back to Middle Earth. It is two years after the War, the ring has been destroyed, and now everyone is attempting to pick up the pieces of their lives and rebuild a new world based on peaceful co-existence. The Nine Walkers have gone their separate ways, some to their homelands, some to the world beyond this one, but all are still linked by the indestructible bonds of love and friendship.

The world of Middle Earth is finally at peace, and all hope that it stays that way for a long time to come. That’s where you come in. How did the War affect you and your kind? Have you found a way to peacefully co-exist with other races, or are you stuck steadfastedly with your kin?

How long will peace last? Is there another evil, just biding its time until it has a chance to strike? Or are we destined to live out the course of our lives without worry or strife? If another war does happen, which side will you be on?

In May of 1998, the Final Battle against Voldemort was fought. In the aftermath, everyone is struggling to get on with their lives.

Imagine what would happen if Fred, Remus, Tonks and Severus survived. The Weasleys would be whole, but Fred has a long recovery ahead of him, and it is up to George to get his twin through it all. Remus and Tonks have their son, but have gone through a divorce, and need to recover before it can all be finalized. Severus is in hiding, and only Harry Potter knows he is alive.

Percy has returned to the Ministry to help get the new Wizarding government in place, while Bill and Fleur are having problems. Andromeda and Narcissa have survived losing Bellatrix, but can the two remaining Black sisters ever see past their differences now that Voldemort is gone?

The Death Eaters are in Azkaban or in hiding, while their families struggle with their assets being seized and their lives being turned upside down, and are faced with alternatives that they never thought would be choices to them. But will the Ministry do enough to bring the fugitives to justice, or will the Order have to serve a new purpose now?

Welcome to a post-war world where everyone is struggling to pick up the pieces and rebuild what was lost.

There are many questions. Where does the Ministry now stand? Will the remaining Death Eaters regroup and retaliate? Is the Order still strong enough to handle anything that may happen? Is St. Mungo's able to handle the number of casualties? What about those who want to see justice served against those who killed their loved ones, no matter the cost?


We are especially looking for:

Draco, Lucius, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Luna, Daphne, Blaise, Molly, Arthur, any former/current students, Order Members, Dumbledore's Army Members, and Death Eaters. Many characters are free!


The game is compliant to Deathly Hallows with a few minor exceptions (contact the Mods), and is AU after that. The epilogue will not be followed.

It is 2001, and Wizarding Britain is ripped in two.

The Trio’s hunt for Horcruxes hasn’t yielded success since the destruction of Slytherin’s locket in 1997. The Ministry is entering its sixth month of being controlled by the Death Eaters. Under Minister William Travers, personal liberties are at an all-time low and Muggleborns are practically slaves. At Hogwarts, the Carrows wreak havoc on the student body, with Headmistress Umbridge’s guidance and blessings. As they find themselves, one-by-one, on the Undesirables list, members of the Order of the Phoenix are moving into Number 12 Grimmauld Place, one of the only places they are safe. Disorder and oppression have become the status quo.

On the other hand, the Purebloods of society have found themselves in a Renaissance. Those who do not help the Death Eaters – or their un-Marked, junior faction, the Reactionary Federation – are taking to their legally established superiority with Golden Age decadence. Parties, marriages, and grandiose displays of wealth and power are commonplace. The Death Eaters and members of the Reactionary Federation, on the other hand, take their newfound power and use it to advance the Dark Lord’s aims amongst the populace. Whether they do so through laws, abuses of power, or outright terrorism depends on the person, but they make it known that there is a new order in the world, and that it will not suffer challengers.

Rent Asunder is a new Harry Potter RPG, opening on January 21st. We are AU post-HBP and, although we incorporate elements of the plot from DH, we do not use the same timeline and do not consider the epilogue. We’re seeking new players who are interested in character development within a larger plot. Most roles are still open, including many major characters and many characters with a lot of plot attached.

rome_rpg is a role playing game based (loosely) on HBO's Rome.

Set right after Caesar's return to Rome, the game will start with Caesar in Rome and Pompey still on his 'tactical retreat'. The main action of the game will involve not only the power struggle between the two men, but also the day to day lives (and drama) of those around them.

Players are encouraged to join as characters from the television series, historical figures of the time, or characters of their own creation.
