What: a ceremony, an attack and lots of panic

- Held on Hogwarts grounds, in front of the castle. There's a long walk to the gates
- It's a bank holiday and most people would be there
- The students would also be in attendance
- There is no Apparition/Disapparition on the grounds. No real protections could have been put on because of the large amount of magic at Hogwarts
- There are speeches from the Minister, Harry, McGonagall
- The Death Eaters are polyjuiced and mixed with the ground. When they started the attack, no one knew what was happening. Lots of panic, screaming, running for the gates.
- McGonagall got the students inside and stopped adult from getting in.
- Shacklebolt, McGonagall and some other professors will be on the grounds, helping, dealing with the DE.

Look, it's getting more and more difficult for me to ignore that something is going on, and I rather suspect that one (if not all) of you lot are aware of it. And before you start, this isn't a 'telling off' message even if I'm not going to pretend that I'm not a bit... well, I can't think of the word.

Anyway.

Before you start also telling me that nothing is going on, let's just consider for a second that I'm not completely thick and naive which appears to be the assumption, and that even if I am, I have a husband keeping on at me at home who very much isn't.

What I'm trying to say is that I understand why, but I'm sure you'll all also understand why with the job I currently have, I can't be involved. And it seems that I'm being included in odd messages that make it even more difficult to ignore. Obviously, I'm never going to get the ministry to sanction any of this, but I know from previous experience that you lot are resourceful, and capable of more than they'd ever assume. I also know that you've got experience in this kind of thing and dealing with this kind of organization which further backs up what I'm thinking. If what I think is going on is going on, because you don't have to work within our parameters, what you're doing already appears to be far more effective.

Basically, what I'm probably saying, is that either I need to know absolutely nothing and it needs to be kept that way for everyone's safety, or I need more than a vague inkling so that if any of this should get back to the wrong ears here, I can try and deflect it somewhat. Obviously, I fully expect you to talk amongst yourselves, even if I find that incredibly annoying, before coming back to me with what you want.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Things that have occurred to me after being kidnapped:

1. it was s spur of the moment decision, which means they couldn't know I was going there. They either have some spell on Magic Rock, and I'll need to go there and check, so volunteers for that? Or they have cast something on me, and in this case, who wants to take a crack at seeing what they cast? It can't be a simple locator spell. It was way too fast.

2. We should all carry a spare wand and a miniaturized spare journal.

3. We should all have a portkey to get the fuck out.

4. We should also have access to one of your house-elves since they can go behind the Fidelius and can Apparate you from room to room or even from room to the front door.

If they want to kidnap us, we'll make sure to get out, and if they want to kill us... well, I'm ready to defend myself

Blaise and Lisa seem to have disappeared. They had lunch together and after they had an unplanned trip to the new town (I spoke with her secretary). That's the last they were seen. I made a trip up there and I can't find anything out of the norm, but there were still damage from the last attack there, so I can't tell what's new and what's old.

Harry, I don't know if you can even send your Aurors up there, because there was no sign of Dark magic, but it's a bit too early for patrol to do anything. So do whatever you can.

DA, Order, whatever the fuck the name is today, seriously if you can do something, I'll make sure that Harry doesn't have a fit about what you do.

Dani, Luca, if you have seen Blaise, let me know. I haven't included Theo because I don't want him to worry when there's nothing he can do from Africa.

Hey, darlings, someone tried to kidnap me. Yes, I know, lovely. I was at Magic Rock (that's what I decided the new town should be called) and they decided to come after me. Mac and George were with me because I was showing them several properties, and well, they showed up.

As you can tell, they didn't catch me. I know my town better than they do. There was some damage to some new building. There were five, three escapes, we managed to kill two. Well, George blasted a building and it fell on top of one person, smashing his head. Mac did his Hit Wizard thing. So anyway, I'm sure there is a proper procedure that Mac is following, but I thought you should know.

It has been brought to my attention that there are a number of rumours regarding my current state of health, and that something officially has to be said to confirm the true situation.

I am pleased to confirm that I am alive and well, and that after extensive talks between myself and the ministry and myself and my family, I will be returning to my post as Head Auror, commencing Monday 1st April. I appreciate that given the date involved, this sounds like an April Fools joke, but I can assure you that it isn't. I hope that the Wizarding Community will be happy about my return, and that you will continue to support me in my efforts to bring the current issues we are having to an end.

So, I know Draco wrote to most of you anyway, but just to confirm I really am live and well. St Mungo's have checked me over, no real issues to report.

I've had a bit of time off now to discuss things with the ministry and get stuff ironed out, and spend some time with Draco and the boys, but I really am going back to work.

What: Michael meant to have a few people over and it just got bigger

- It wasn't a formal thing, no real invites
- Stephen didn't know until guests started to arrive
- They set more things up, got more alcohol as people arrive
- George provided the Boozy Bubbles
- Eventually, tents, tables and chairs appeared. The house-elves tried to colour coordinate as much as possible, but failed.
- Earlier in the evening, Elizabeth would have been glaring at people while Henry would study them like insects.
- Elizabeth has read the Poisoned Quill and offered to marry Theo if that helps, since she knows how to run an estate.

So I've been thinking about Luca said about joining us. as it stands now, he has as much to risk as any of us and if we don't let him join, we still need to protect him. i'm still not happy that someone can just get off without a punishment, but then I'm not Dumbledeore, but I also refuse to throw people to the wolves (I guess I'm really not Dumbledore).

So if anyone has objections, speak now. If not, I'll let him know that he's in.

Since I'm bored in the infirmary waiting for bones to mend and to prove that I'm in my full mental capacity, I thought I'd sent a message to all of you.

I've discussed it with Charlie and it's pretty clear they don't really trust me. I don't get called in most missions and they rarely tell me what they are planning. I'm not sure how much more use I can be. So, I was thinking of making it clear to them that the next time they try to talk to me, they might end up really dead. However before I do that, if there are any spells that you want met to cast, I suggest you get a move on them and let me know. I'll make a trip after the games, something about celebrating now that we've move to the next rounds and cast them.

Remember those cases of Hasha Pox? Well the parents are fine. The older child was sent home, but she has blue spots all over her skin, but the younger boy died. He was three years old.

We've also had a second case of an older woman who was admitted three days ago.

To remind everyone, the symptons are: electric blue rashes and pimples with black pus. People's skin can turn electric blue. Also it makes you levitate when you sneeze. In most cases it's just an irritant and goes away in three to five days.

Since people seem to dislike the memorial so much, I thought that we should do something. Funerals are for family and friends to come together and since we have Monday off, I was thinking for Sunday night, starting at 7 at the Bubble Palace. There shall be lots of alcohol. Also George I think we should have fireworks.

I think I’ve included everyone who should be invited but if there’s anyone I forgot let me know.

Just so you know, I won't be going to that farce. No, I've not lost my mind. There are reasons.

Am I the only one who feels numb?

I know the entire world felt close to Harry and saw him as bigger than life. We didn't, at least I know I didn't, and yet part of me can't believe he's gone.

I'm not sure how to be in a world without that dunderhead who was willing to stand up against any and all injustices.
